Booked car for 3 days, needed another couple of days, no issue! A quick call and all done. Great service when picking up the car from Scarborough Beach, and equally as good when returning. Highly reccomend and will use again in Perth if the need arises,

Best service EVER. nothing too much trouble, everything went like clockwork and we even had the car delivered to our accommodation. the car was exactly what we ordered and was clean tidy and ready to go. the staff we dealt with both by email and in person were fabulous. this will be my number one car hire company in future.

This is the best car rental company I have ever used. when I next rent a car Sunset will be the first place I choose. I am blown away by the old fashioned customer service we received. Booked a car from their Perth office. Changed my booking with them via email. immediate answer and so friendly. They dropped our car to us at our accommodation. Car was dropped off a few minutes early. the paperwork took 5 minutes if that and then we were shown the marks and dents that were marked on the paperwork. Never have I had such great personal service. the car was exactly what i had ordered. was clean and ready to go. another surprise was that there was actually a gregory's map book in the glove box so we could have a good look at what was around the area.

Mr. Matt is helpful person. he delivered car at the early morning with friendly smiles on his face. the procedures was simple and efficiency.
