Excellent - I arrived in Perth from the UK and quickly had a call from Matt of Sunset Rent a Car to say that he was on his way to meet me at a specific lettered bus shelter outside the main entrance of the airport. Sure enough, Matt was there just moments after me and helped me with my luggage to the car. He was informative, clear and helpful about the credit card transactions which were required to pay the balance and to hold the bond, about the vehicle itself, and about the process of returning the car at the end of my stay. When I had a panic upon my return to the airport that I was in the wrong place, I phoned Matt who calmly gave me the directions again and clarified the process of securing the vehicle correctly before my departure. The car was great, baby seat ideal and Sat Nav a necessity - I would highly recommend them as a company.

I travel to Perth quite frequently and have always hired cars through the major rental companies but, on reading all the reviews of Sunset, I decided to give them a go... and I'm so happy I did! They are much more competitive in their rates than the other companies and their service was first class. Matt was an absolute delight to deal with.

The people at Sunset were great. Car was arranged quickly, the vehicle was upgraded due to demand issues at no cost and was very well priced. It was clean and ready for me to pick up as arranged. Drop off was a bit more complicated compliments of a public holiday and late arrival but apart from that easy and quick.

All easy and straight forward. Liked the vehicle delivered to us and picked up at the resort.
