United States | 11 December 2024Received gift cards from my work for my 10 year anniversary, didn't want to waste the money I worked so long to receive on something frivolous. I've been sitting in the cards but this dumb company has been charging an outrageous fee once a month so the value is down 33%. I've never been given a gift card where it had lost value before.

United States | 10 December 2024My experience here was only negative. Navigation was challenging, with insufficient product descriptions. The promotional code advertised with the card I attempted to purchase did not work. After 4 attempts to place an order and receiving emails hours later that they cancelled the order because of "security" and "risk," I have given up. Nothing worked, and the amount of time spent on this was ridiculous. I cannot imagine ever using this site again.

They will charge you money, reject orders for “risk” without providing a reason, and then refuse to refund unfulfilled orders for days on end. Worse, their emails cite nonsensical reasons that orders did not go through and send you on a wild goose chase. Extremely difficult to get a hold of their customer service representatives, who are borderline rude if not resentful of customers. So unreliable - Cannot count on even electronic orders being fulfilled in a timely manner.

United Kingdom | 05 December 2024Was trying to put some money friends phone on EE somehow got onto this scam company didn't get phone working even though they'd taken out the £10, then had a text of the bank to say they were trying to take out £49 a month too, be very careful and don't use this company ......so got a email asking for details to validate, heard nothing and told if not replied in 3 days (which I have) they will take this review off , convenient .....and still nothing , guess their waiting for the 3days to run out ...deffo AVOID!!!!!,......,........come on Maurice got an answer??????...........And still waiting "nothing from them" but now have heard from a company called BHN another one to avoid I'd say probably the same as, and trying to wangle out as they've asked for same details and given me 3days proper scam companies stay well clear ....ok new update just been asked by BHN again for screenshot of money out of account (done) still no further forward!!! Nothing from Maurice! Surprise!! Just hope I'm saving others from the sleepless nights and worry or even worse being ripped off!! AVOID!!!! Ok so just had email of BHN saying case resolved! Saying that this company is not the same company (yea right pull the other one) and within minutes had email of Gift card .com saying that subscription has been cancelled,...all I can say been very stressful had to cancel bank cards and still not got me tenner back oh and review still not verified not sure I would trust trust pilot? Hope this has been a help to at least one person keep safe and avoid 💪still not been verified 🤔 And still not verified 🙄 well seen a lot of other 1⭐ reviews let's get this company off Google🤞🙏👍👍don't forget to tell others by pinging useful

United States | 03 December 2024Hi! I ordered a gift card which paid less than the actual gift card amount! (Joann fabric store) I ordered it on a Monday and got it 8 days in the mail. It was also during the Thanksgiving holiday. I was a bit leery with such terrible reviews but my transaction was smooth and easy! I will order again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful transaction!

United States | 25 November 2024Don't buy from this company. They are a fraudulent company. All VISA gift cards per federal law requires a use date of 5 years from issue. They make their own rules that they expire in a year to scam people out of their money. I have contacted them at least 10 times and keep getting the run around that they are sending me a new gift card; however, it never arrives. I am begging people again DO NOT GET GIFTCARDS from this company. Go to a valid store and buy the gift cards.

United States | 25 November 2024Gift card purchase (attempt) kept getting declined due to "risk rejected". All the payment and address information was correct, the PayPal account I use is 2FA protected, so I'm the only one who has ever made purchases on it. PayPal authorizes the charge; but Giftcards.com declines it on their end. My attempt to contact support provided zero help other than them saying they "can't provide details", which I did not ask for, and they closed my case without offering any further help to troubleshoot my issue. The 10% off promotion seemed nice, but it seems I won't be able to make any purchases. Poor customer support and an over-zealous approval process prevents legitimate customers from buying. As a small positive, they did not charge my credit card since they wouldn't process the order. Update (12/16/24): They re-opened the case and never followed up with me after over 2 weeks. At the very least, I do appreciate their attempt to be polite about it. I did confirm one more time they never charged my credit card, which is also a plus. I wouldn't recommend them as your first stop for gift cards, especially with the issue I ran into and the slow support. On the flip side, they do appear to be an honest company and if you can make it work out, you may be able to get a solid discount on a gift card purchase. Update (1/17/25): They never resolved the issue for me. I reached out to them to delete my account, since this is a service I have no intention of using again, and they were surprisingly quick to take care of deleting it. I think that in itself says all you need to know about this company.

United States | 25 November 2024What an annoying nightmare. I ordered a digital gift card for my mother, which she was not able to activate online using her credentials. She had to call a couple of times and they were no help to her. I then called customer service who resent a link which didn't work. After a couple more calls, I then just told them to just send a physical card. Which came...with my name on it. When I emailed to follow up, I was told the recipient can use it with no problem. But when someone buys a physical card for someone else, I doubt it comes with the sender's name, so I am essentially being told to put up with another problem. I asked for a refund of the $5 transaction fee for my trouble but I am being ignored. It has been a month since the recipient's birthday, I just had to send an old fashioned check. Please don't bother with them.

United States | 23 November 2024Scam!!! Biggest scam there is! The person received the gift card and was never able to use it because it is declining. Tried to request a refund and they refused saying that the card was being used. I asked for proof and now my emails are going undeliverable to customer service. Don’t worry I have disputed with my bank!

I have opened to case tickets with them and they keep marking the cases as resolved. I am still in the same position I was in when I made this review. Here we go again....I have no words. How hard is it to update the customer on when the item will be received when they pay extra for shipping? It will be the same response on this site....we need more info to look into this further...blah blah blah. Just send me what I paid for and provide tracking.

United States | 20 November 2024It’s a scam. I’m so mad I didn’t look further into it. They sent me a number for a lash bar when I ordered a Visa card and their virtual chat never has anyone join. Do NOT use this company. I’m out $100 for a Christmas gift - who can afford that? Edited to update. They are considering my issue resolved and resent the lash bar gift card. DO NOT THIS COMPANY! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Then I called and asked for a refund and they gave me a refund/case number and I didn't receive a confirmation email or anything. I will never buy anything from this site again and I recommend that you don't do it either. A total scam.

United States | 19 November 2024I put an order in, my card was charged, but I didnt receive a confirmation email and the recipient did not receive the card. I also submitted a form to contact support and even though it said the form was submitted, the page remained the same and I again did not receive a confirmation email that the form was submitted. What do I do to get through???
