**UPDATE** I finally got it, it cant be used at apple pay so only only shopping but the advertise was confusing… anyway i’ve used it to get some stuff online and seems to work now. Thanks… A total scam, no e-card, no answers, no socialmedia pages or customer support number

So, if I write a negative review you will actually respond??? I ordered from you. No tracking number but says fulfilled on the order. Well, I don’t have anything. I would appreciate a response and the cards I ordered!

I wanted to purchase a gift card however my order was immediately cancelled, and I am not even allowed to file for a refund? I also contacted all the contact information that I LITERALLY had to search from another website since the ones provides in their own website is also fake, and I'm not even surprised that one of the emails rejected the email I sent for a refund. This place is not to be trusted, please PLEASE read the reviews on yelp before purchasing anything from this fraud website.

ORDER CG502215 I ordered 200 doller gift card last week They cancel my order last week and emailed me that my card was not processed but my card was charged and I called bank and they said amount was sent to merchant. It’s next week and i haven’t received any response from giftcards.com. It’s a terrible scam

Two days ago, I ordered 4 VISA gift cards and customized them to add our company logo. I was then told our company logo did not meet their guidelines, and that my order was canceled and refunded. Today, I look at my credit card statement and the full charge of $894.80 has CLEARED and only $256.95 was refunded. Now I call customer service and they say they need to look into it because they don't know why I was not refunded the full amount. THIS IS ASININE.

I have tried to buy a Visa gift card twice through Chase Sapphire shopping portal and each time it says it got canceled and to check my settings! My settings are fine. This feels scammy and I’ll likely have to call Chase and reverse any charges put forward. Ugh. Chase needs to remove them from Theo shopping portal! Hassle!!!

I have submitted multiple orders and the system always glitches at the VERY end. Then I was charged without any confirmation. All the info I enter disappears. Really Shady website. Do not trust them

Absolutely terrible, cant buy anything with the card. Large money scam. avoid at all costs, and no support. have to go through the bank and open a dispute. now its a whole thing and wasting my day.

Do not use this website whatsoever. They are a scammers and thief . They offered gifts card and others but when you purchase? They charge£49 as a subscription which you don’t know or even have subscribed??

Nobody online takes these. So if you want to use this to pay for something online that is a subscription, think again!!

Update: Company promptly reached out, replaced the card (w/o personal info), and followed up to make sure I received it. My co-workers purchased a $125 Visa gift card for me. I registered (with my personal info) and activated it and tried to use it and couldn't. I got online to try to figure out what was wrong and there was a charge successfully put on it AFTER it had denied me the ability to use it. The amount was curiously $122 and change--almost the exact amount available on the card--and from a company CARHARTT, which is a known scam. I filed a dispute with them the same day of the charge. They responded the next day with a request for me to send them pictures of the card, a picture of MY GOVERNMENT ID, and my picture holding my ID, as well as purchase and/or activation receipt. I didn't purchase it and the system doesn't technically give you an activation receipt but I did have a subsequent welcome email that mentions activation. It was only 5 days old before the fraudulent charge was put on. I'm not sending any additional personal information to this company. I have asked my coworker to dispute the bank charge and I will report them to the SAG as well as I see someone else doing it who had the same experience. When I tried to call and speak with someone, the system would not let me through becuase it said my zip code didn't match up. This is sad.

Do not purchase gift cards from this site. They will charge your card and will not deliver your product and if you try to contact someone directly, there is no one there to help.

I ordered 2 HelloFresh gift cards to apply to my account. Received them promptly, but the redemption instructions don't work. I called Hello Fresh who said they don't have gift cards and only issue promo cards through them directly. I called the Giftcards.com customer service number, but can not talk to a person. I clicked the email option, and no email will load. I have no way to contact giftcards.com!!

We purchased a $200 Visa gift card for our granddaughter to use while at a theme park. We registered the card per the card instructions and checked the balance at that time. The next day when she tried to make a purchase she was told the balance on the card was only .05 cents. Reading through the hundreds of complaints this seems to be the most glaring detail. We contacted their customer service department (which is a complete joke) and spoke with 2 different reps before getting a "manager". We were informed that our names were not associated with the card number and account that we purchased and have proof of. They sent email from Blackhawk Network Services and we sent them pictures of the physical gift card (front and back), the copy of the store receipt showing the activation, and a picture of my wife (the purchaser) holding her drivers license. Looking online there are thousands of complaints against this company. Really not expecting to be refunded after seeing all the negative reviews but will update if it is. Filing fraud charges with our credit card company that we used to purchase this gift card as well. And will be contacting the State Attorney Generals office tomorrow. Steve

My daughter still can’t use the gift card. I’ve called your company 4 times and you’ve sent the link 4 times. I click the activate and it still says it’s active but locked when I call Torrid and they say the card is active but locked. This has been going on since September 25th. I’m angry and I would like my money back!

Scammed me out of my card DO NOT TRUST THEM !!! Will revise if I get my card. Update per their reply : I never received an email from them.

Absolutely do not send someone one of these. They suck. Mine disappeared after like 2 weeks and when I emailed to retrieve it back, they said they gave it back, clicked the link, said “page doesn’t exist.” I was sent $30 for my birthday, and it’s gone. Horrible cite, just mail an actual card because those don’t disappear.
