Bought a gift card and my money was immediately taken but I can’t activate it. I get all the way to the activation screen and there is nothing, it just shows a white screen. Customer service is awful and doesn’t respond. Will never recommend to anyone. Awful greedy company.

I bought a gift card for myself to meijer and sent it to myself. Google used my old email to sign me up and I sent it to my new email. I haven’t been able to access it with either email. No one has gotten back to me about it.

My daughter cannot use this card for anything except online purchase. What a waste of $250. I will not use or recommend your service for anything.

Unable to activate gift cards online or by telephone. It was all about selling me something else. It really should a negative 4 star rating

Process was quick and easy

I purchased 2 giftcards for $250 each that was supposed to be delivered instantly. I received an email that says risk rejected and no other information. However, the money was pulled out of my PayPal account when I called customer service they’re saying that they can’t help me and somebody will email me in four hours, although no one has. The chat option is worthless because no one answers it. I need my refund immediately
