United Kingdom | 21 June 2023If you get put with these jokers just find someone else to deal with your car repair as you will be waiting along time they are not contactable they will not answer any of your calls or emails. This company should not even be in the motor industry they are useless and I don't no why RSA INSURANCE deals with them. Just look at the rest of the Trustpilot reviews. I rest my case.

United Kingdom | 16 June 2023I came across Motor Repair Network via Marshmallow insurance. MRN outsourcing process has no regard for quality. After you pay the excess, you are on your own, no will to resolve the problem at all.

United Kingdom | 09 June 2023Absolutely appalling customer or lack of service.4 days later and I still haven’t managed to get through to them.I have been on hold listening to horrid music for over 45 minutes each time.I have tried the web chat and still no one comes back to me.Really surprised that motability RSA insurance has started using this service.Would not recommend to anyone.

United Kingdom | 08 June 2023If I could would rate them as -100. My Motability car was involved in a Hit and Run. Spoke to insurance company referred to Motor Repair Agency to organise repair. It took me five hours, over two days to get through listening to repeated music which nearly drove me mad. No message updating what number I was in the queue. When I did get through I commented that I had been waiting 2 hours to be answered, no apology. A very cold/uninterested agent took me through the questions. I was given the wrong information by MRA regarding the getting a replacement vehicle. Never experienced such appalling customer service. Perplexed why any insurance company would want to be associated with MOTOR REPAIR AGENCY.

United Kingdom | 05 June 2023If i could give less than one star I would They've had my car for 2 months now. No contact, no repair, no nothing. Can never get through to anyone on the number, you're on hold for at least 30 minutes everytime. Absolutely pathetic.

United Kingdom | 05 June 2023I last wrote a review on 15 March 2023 regarding the lack of response to an accident on 27 February 2023 whilst the car was parked on the road outside the house, it is now 5 June 2023 and the car is still parked in the same spot when damaged. Motor Repair Network (MRN) have still not made contact to arrange the repair, I have tried numerous times to phone MRN but as usual they don't answer the phone, I did manage to communicate with them on Messenger and after discussing my complaint they advised me to phone them Eh!so I said again your company does not answer the phone, Oh! I will ask them to phone you - IT HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED - As this is a Motability car I spoke to them and although sympathetic all they could do was speak to RSA the insurance company and I was on hold when this conversation took place then I was transferred through to RSA and they gave me the old Mantra about the difficulty getting car parts from abroad but they found it difficult to explain to me about how they can order parts when no one from MRN has inspected the car to see what parts are needed. Come September RSA will no longer be the insurance company for Motability. So it is now over 3 months since the accident and the car has not moved and also has a flat battery. Looking forward to the Party if the car ever gets repaired.

United Kingdom | 02 June 2023Absolutely horrendous! They collected my Motorbility car in November 22! It was in a compound for two months as they couldn’t find a garage to repair it as it is an electric car. It went in for repair in January and I’ve had 5 estimated dates of completion. It is now June 23 and my car is still not fixed! This is I think totally unacceptable. Why RSA use this company is beyond me. I had my car for a total of 8months, they have had it for the rest of the time and by photographs seen my poor brand new car is in hell of a state. I would never use or recommend this company, unfortunately I had no choice.

United Kingdom | 30 May 2023Absolutely disgusting customer service. When ringing they sound like they can't wait to get off the phone. Don't feel wanted and shouldn't be ringing them. Biggest mistake having these sort your vehicle out. Horrible experience having to ring constantly for updates. No high car / courtesy car. 😤AND THAT HORRIBLE SAX MUSIC WHILE ON HOLD DROVE ME BLOODY BONKERS. HORRIBLE😡 HORRIBLE😡 while the music just repeated constantly waiting over 25 mins to half hour with that dreadful music. EXPERIENCE......Unbelievable horrible dreadful experience with the garage network. 🤬👎

Cannot speak to anyone and have received a text saying if I don’t contact them in 5 days my claim will be closed. As a Motability customer I rely heavily on my car. Still waiting on car to be repaired now been 7 months. Only contact with them is to ask for photos which I have sent 3 times, received confirmation each time. Had another phone call today. Guess what? Asking for the photos I have sent 3 times previously. Refusing to send any further photos. If you want to keep your sanity. Refuse to deal with them. Totally incompetent

United Kingdom | 21 May 2023Someone crashed into my car 21st April my car was not drivable after this accident due to them hitting me side on in wheel so car was taken to a compound and repairs was handed to motor repair network. It has been over 4 weeks my car is still sat in a compound no repairs have started they haven’t even went to look at the car to see the damage or anything .. they don’t answer phone calls , emails or online chat. I’ve spent countless hours on hold listening to the dreadful ‘music’ which has gave me an ongoing headache really . I keep getting silly text messages from the company to say they still have not been able to find a garage … this is 4 weeks later and they have not found a garage? Starting to think this is some type of prank or sick joke because surely this isn’t a real company ??
