I was told they would contact me, they have not, I have spent a total of three hours on hold to them and have yet to speak to anyone. 1 star is far, far higher than they deserve.

Got in touch with RSA, theyve emailed them AGAIN to contact me & still nothing. Only got 1 star as there isnt a no star option. This company needs to be put out of business

United Kingdom | 24 February 2023I am more than angry to get a text from this company to say that as I haven't contacted them, they will be referring my case back to the insurance company....I have lost count of the times I have tried to ring them...on the phone for at least 20 minutes. Each time no reply or it is answered and no one at the end of the line. I have also emailed them through their website. I do not want these people to have my custom. I do not write negative reviews - this is the exception.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2023My review cannot say anything positive about this company! I too have spent over3 hrs over 3 days to get any response from them without success! I had to phone RSA to tell them about my experience and refused point-blank to have them even looking at my car I was told to find another garage that would carry out the repair and get back to them!!

United Kingdom | 21 February 2023Absolutely useless! They cause nothing but stress unhelpful, calls not responded to, staff rude and unhelpful. Took them 7 months to get my vehicle repaired for it to be returned unroadworthy - they did not give a damn… Perhaps they need to read their own mission statement. Complaints team are no better! Go to ombudsman services! As like RSA they will ignore you until you go away..

United Kingdom | 20 February 2023Appalling practices. They call you so that your phone rinds once and then hang up. You then receive a message that reads: "We have been appointed by RSA to discuss the repairs to your vehicle. We have today attempted to call you to discuss your claim with no response.? Please call us back at your earliest convenience on 0300 303 0252 to discuss this further. Until we hear back from you, your claim will remain on hold and will not progress." I called was on hold for 50 minutes then my phone ran out of minutes and buffer and cut off. I contacted the company that contracted them to repair the car and the same is happening right now. The phone rang a grand total of twice before I answered. No answer just apparently a missed call. I immediately got the same message as above. I have now been on hold for over 1hr and while on hold they sent me the following message. "Motor Repair Network has been appointed by RSA to discuss the repairs to your vehicle. We called today to chat about your claim. Please call us back when convenient on 0300 303 0252. We'll keep your claim on hold until we hear from you. Appalling behaviour! How did RSA ever think it was a good idea to employ Motor Repair Network.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2023Had a small repair bottom engine plate cover needed replacing, the garage acid auto’s stated that the cost would be £1600!! Took to Nissan and they fixed it on the spot for £146. I cancelled the claim due to inflated price and paid Nissan Now got message that they will be coming to collect car and have phoned to say claim has been cancelled with this company and can’t get anyone to answer the phone Thinking of contacting trading standards for insurance fraud, no wonder premiums rise!! 🤬

How could such a big company RSA allow this to happen.They don't even respond to phone calls or emails. They should be stopped from running this so called business. I am asking Respond to step in and help as RSA obviously are not bothered.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2023Waited nearly 4 months for my Motability car to be collected for repair. Had a message from them stating that the repairs would be completed by 14/2. On contacting them this morning I was told they were still awaiting a part and it would be Friday or Monday before it would be done. This is from an Accident which happened on 11/10/22 ! Why on earth do Motability deal with these cowboys?

United Kingdom | 15 February 2023I had a lorry drive into the rear of my car in December. I sent photos and videos, which they keep asking for. I have been linked with 2/3 garages. Car damage not checked by a garage. When I have rung in to say there are other damaged areas they start a new job with a different!!!! garage. They have just cancelled my car being picked up today which has been booked for weeks, disgraceful, and no one told me. I also have a courtesy car on my drive at least Enterprise did their job properly. Huge inconvenience. Appalling all process no common sense. Very disappointed Military Veteran.

Since then they have requested pictures of the damage over 20 times!!!! Still no idea when they are going to repair my car. Absolutely hopeless company.
