I've been trying to make contact via phone and chat for 10 day and can't get through to anyone. This service is a complete shambles. I find it difficult to understand how motorbility are using this service. I was on hold for over an hour on one occasion, the music is enough to make me lose the plot. Why can't they have a ring back service or give call waiting times.

Absolutely awful. If I could give 0 rating I would. We have a Motability car which was damaged on 8th April ‘23. Since then (it’s now 15th May) we have had numerous texts from them saying: ‘We are sorry to advise that there has been a delay in allocating your vehicle to a repairer. We are working hard to rectify this, and will be back in touch again shortly. Motor Repair Network. ‘ I repeatedly called Motability’s insurers, Royal Sun Alliance, but they always advised me to contact the Motor Repair Network directly. Impossible! On hold for 45+ minutes on several occasions before I gave up. We eventually found a Honda UK approved bodywork shop ourselves who said they could book the car in for repair. This led to further problems with RSAM who were reluctant to agree to this. Happy to say that now we are receiving superb service from Motability’s solutions team (after contacting their CEO) Avoid MRN!!! And yes we are still receiving texts from them saying they are unable to allocate our repair to a garage.

I’ve been waiting since February for this company to get in touch with me I ring them and I’d be on hold until they cut of, I’ve complained loads to the insurance company until they told me I can go to a car garage and get a quote for my car to be fixed and let them know the price and the details of the garage for them to get in touch and give them the go ahead to fix the car… I wish I knew this months ago hopefully it can help people to get there car fixed:)

Absolute worst - waiting over an hour over the phone. Why would anyone have dealings with this company. Complaining to RSA.

Absolutely dreadful people to deal with, my parents car was damaged in September 22 through no fault of their own, we have been chasing them ever since for an answer as to where the car was taken to, to find out the damage so we can notify the police and when it would be repaired, cannot get through on the phone, live chat doesn't work & no valid email address (what sort of company in this day and age is so backwards with communication). Managed to get through 3 or 4 times after spending over an hour waiting, each time we were told it would be escalated to the complaints department and someone would contact us, they never did. My parents finally got their car back on Friday 5th May 23

My Motability vehicle has been waiting to be repaired since being hit on 28th February. It is now 5th May. Accident Repair Network does not answer the telephone or email. When I lost my temper with RSA Motability, the Swinton branch magically answered the phone and booked me in. They told Motability they had been trying to get in touch with me. This is a total lie; I have no voicemails, nothing. And judging from the reviews here, my experience is not unusual. RSA Motability need to do something about this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 5 months in and my car still isn't repaired. Because no one actually checked my car it turns out I have been left driving a vehicle that was highly dangerous all that time and my rear wheel could of come off at any time. After ALOT of phone calls and me loosing my temper, my car has finally been taken away. Week 3 and not heard a thing from them on when my car will be back. I did hear from a garage 50miles from where my car was meant to be being repaired asking if they can collect my car from me. Not once have they said they are changing the repairer. Luckily I informed the garage that the car was undeliverable and I am not going to put people's lives at risk letting them drive it if they can locate it as MRN had told them it's drivable. I have now been left not knowing where when or if my car will ever been repaired. No point calling them as they don't answer or if they do they just blatantly lie. The text service is an absolute waste of time. The link for 'updates" is never updated. I can't wait for all this to be over so I don't have to deal with this shambles of a company again. How they are still operating is beyond me.

My motability vehicle stolen 24th Feb 2023 and recovered a week later. Reported to RSA who passed us onto Motor Repair Network who are still waiting to locate a garage so they say to repair the minimal damage…. Terrible customer service received by RSA and MRN to date, we will be taking our complaint to Financial ombudsman if not resolved in a few weeks. Shame on Motability using these unreliable National companies…

Agents are rude and quick enough to terminate the calls and chats after giving false information to customers! Managers are too busy to even speak to the customers even after making a complaint It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t herd back Worst experience ever!!

If your a motability customer, and you place a claim, the chances are you'll be pawned off with MRN... (motor repair network)... Who haven't got a clue...!! My vehicle sat in a yard for 7 weeks before being uplifted, and carted off...! Rsa insurance have a part to play however, inso much as every fault you tell them your aware of, is ALL THE WORK THAT WILL BE DONE! I got my vehicle back after almost 10 weeks, (a deer ran into me)... The damage to the front of the vehicle was repaired, but ONLY the damage I'd mentioned...!! The brakes had an almighty squeek, and were not working correctly, dents all over bonnet, scratches etc due to the accident, still there, blatantly obvious..... Iv complained and insisted that the vehicle go back... Just awaiting yet again, another recovery....!! So be warned people, your expected to be a mechanic whilst doing a self assessment of all your accident damage....!! Bunch of cowboys...!!!!

Its hard to believe a well established insurance company like RSA use a shambolic company like this on their behalf. When you ring RSA about them they tell you to deal with them yourself. Someone drove into my car while parked and drove off wrecking the wheel leaving my car undriveable. I put my claim through straight away with RSA who then passed my claim onto this company. My car is still lying damaged 3 weeks later with absolutely no sign of it being took away to be fixed - I dread to think how long they will take to fix it when they finally do take it away. I rely heavily on this car as it is a mobility car for my mother. 2 weeks I waited for them to finally sort me with a hire car. My phone bill will be massive next month as I waited nearly an hour on a few occasions to get through with them to be repeatedly told they understand my frustration but are having trouble sourcing a repair company. Nobody should ever use this company voluntarily as they are absolutely useless, RSA really need to remove them and use a far better company on their behalf.

Absolutely shocking company … my brother had an accident in August last year, the car was taken to a local garage then transferred to this bunch of jobsworths through the insurers RSA (it’s a motability car). We are STILL waiting for it to be assessed, and the company it was meant to go to are apparently refusing to deal with them. Fortunately my brother has a hire car but the stress on my mum and brother is horrendous. The calls between RSA, this lot and the various garages the car has supposed to have been taken to are numerous, the waiting times to talk to anyone are beyond a joke, and the car must be a stinking pile rotting somewhere (it ended up in a river in the accident) so I now really can’t wait to see what they come up with on the assessment. Makes me wonder whether they hold onto the vehicles long enough for them to be deemed a write-off, get paid for the privilege, then sell the vehicles off to the dealers who will put them back on the road (profit sharing maybe?). There must be an ombudsman for this sort of thing, and if not then some sort of national press exposure and questions raised as to why on earth motability and the insurers they use still deal with this company. We are 7 almost 8 months into this now, and I am absolutely disgusted that they are allowing vulnerable people this level of stress.
