I’ve received all the details by email quickly and accurately and now look forward to the next stage of my booking which is receiving the flight and hotel details in several months time.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025Booked us out of Heathrow and back to Gatwick, when I queried why this had changed they blamed the airline and were not at all customer friendly! They are the agents, not the airline! The cruise NCL was awful and dated, worse cruise ever, itinerary was changed and so we suddenly lost 2 ports and no compensation, leaving us with 5 days at sea on a 12 day cruise. The pick up time from the cruise to the hotel in Mauritius was over 2 hours after disembarkation, wrong instruction, told the taxi would come inside the port, in fact it wasn’t allowed to so we had to find our way to the port gate. When we got to the hotel, one voucher said we were bed and breakfast, another document said we were half board. We therefore paid extra for meals that we may not have needed to! We emailed Jetline cruise and asked them to clarify and received no reply whatsoever. The Mauritian hotel was in a lovely spot, however, the rooms were grubby and not of a good enough standard, these are things this travel agency should be aware of and able to advise about. 2 years ago our friends booked a cruise and when the same cruise line NCL changed the itinerary Jetline Cruise would not refund their deposit. We will absolutely not use this company again!

Jerry came back to me when he said he would verified name and dates of birth by email to avoid any mistakes. We have booked with Jetline before and didn’t hesitate to use again. My only comment for improvement is the time it takes to receive confirmation of holiday after it’s booked.
