United Kingdom | 26 May 2023Words fail me when trying to describe the stress and upset we have had through our dealings with Jetline Cruising. Our Booking No was 2038595, and back in October 2022 four of us booked a NewZealand/Tasmania/Australia holiday and cruise through them costing £7,578 per couple. This was to include flights, transportation, hotels and cruise. Initially the company were helpful and informative, but once we had booked and paid in full things changed. Before we even left, the Company changed the original flights which meant new paperwork had to be sent out. New Transfer vouchers sent out had wrong details showing, ATOL certificate sent had wrong dates showing, I had to check and double check everything due to their incompetence. They gave the airlines the wrong spelling of my husband' surname which took them an unbelievable 18 days to rectify - with me having to ring them each day and chase up. Once on holiday transfers from hotels and ports did not turn up and we had to pay for Taxis. The Hotel we were booked into in Sydney was closed down when we arrived, due to it being structurally unsafe, and we had to find and pay for another hotel. Jetline Cruising told us on our return to forward invoices and they would refund us. Details were sent to them on the 17th March and 40 days later on the 26th April I received an email from them saying they would pay the £457.68 hotel costs within 14 days. After a further 20 days I once again contacted them and they said due to the credit card they were trying to refund the money onto having been renewed they were unable to process. (I spoke to my Bank about this and they confirmed this was utter rubbish, the only difference was the expiry date, and the refund would have gone through OK.) I then gave them details for yet another bank card and was promised that the refund due would be dealt with immediately. That was 9 days ago and despite me contacting them yet again we are still awaiting the £457.68 refund. I now intend to take legal advice to recover the money owed to us. I strongly recommend that no one uses this Company, the whole idea of using a travel agent is that they are the experts and you benefit from their knowledge when making a booking. Jetline Cruising did quite the opposite and caused nothing but stress through their inefficiency before, during and after the holiday.

However having just come back from our rail/cruise I have to say that everything went as it should with no problems at all. Yes I'd certainly use them again
