As always, the Jetline made the process of booking our holiday so easy. We spoke with Carl Wood who helped us through the options and made the changes we requested. All the documents came through within a day or so and we are now looking forward to our break. A company it is a pleasure to do business with.

DON’T BOOK THROUGH JETLINE CRUISE!!!! Honestly we have booked many cruises through many companies and our experience has been awful with Jetline …. In fact this company hasn’t paid the cruise line for our cruise (after we had paid Jetline weeks ago) and we only found out after I tried to book a drinks package! If I had not, we would’ve turned up at the cruise ship to find our cruise had been cancelled! They took our money but didn’t pay for our cruise… then tried to blame the cruise line. Lied numerous times over the phone…Please consider other agencies above this one. They’ll take your money and then couldn’t care less! Customer service don’t want to know and managers are never available. The most awful experience ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Keith was good ,but the very disapointing ,as he let our lovely cabin go he was to ring ar 11.30am did not come back till 3.30,pm while on the phone he had taken our deposit ,then went on and on ,so in between our lovely cabin went ,,now we are left with the situation on the first come first served basis ,so not very happy ,as we are your regular customers ,I hope you will look after us well ,and get a good cabin for us hopefully an upgrade with a balcony
