United Kingdom | 25 April 2023Avoid….We booked our package holiday cruise on the Cunard qm2 then 2 nights in New York then onto Canada for 4 night stay then flight home we where told 2 months before travel that the flight was none direct and would have a 8 hour stop over before travel to a London airport wasn’t happy so Tom then found us a flight to Manchester better for us still none direct but with 1 1/2 stop at an extra cost of over £500 extra, then traveled down to Southampton by coach to be told by Cunard the cruise cancelled no fault of jetline cruises but the fact was my wife and I stranded in Southampton all transport fully booked and couldn’t get home until the following day all we got from jetline cruise was we will be in touch in 24 hours (what) stuck and no where to stay luckily we managed to sort a hotel out but as far as we’re concerned is they would have been happy for us to stop in a shop doorway then on top of that they are saying we can still do the land part of the holiday it will cost us £1700 for a flight so we lose 7 day’s cruise to fly out for rest of our holiday on the 7th day and refuse to give us a full refund! And say to claim through our insurance I’ve looked through their terms and conditions what states that if there as been a significant change to our holiday they will issue a full refund this is not the case !they now keep telling me I have to cancel the land part of our holiday if I do that it also says in their ( terms & conditions ) that if cancel after 14 days no refund I’ve sent email showing them the travel uk law Tom ring’s rather than emails me back so we don’t get the paper trail for reference so I’d say they are con artists and not to be trusted

Our flight from Gatwick, London was cancelled and we had been booked on another flight but Jetline did not inform us of this. We arrived in New York and when we got to the hotel they had booked for us it was closed. We were told that we had been booked into another hotel 20 minutes away. Again they had not informed us of this. Also when we got a taxi to the port in the morning we had not been which which dock the ship would be at (fortunately the taxi driver had taken others to the ship) When we contacted Jetline with these problems they didn't want to know. I will never travel with them again!

United Kingdom | 24 April 2023We booked a holiday with Jetline Cruising. The cost was £7578. It consisted of 4 nights stay in Auckland, a cruise, with Holland America, 3 Nights in Sydney and all transfers and flights. The problems we had were: The transfer from the Auckland Hotel to the ship did not turn up, and my wife and I had to walk from the centre of Auckland with all of our luggage to the port. The transfer from the port in Sydney to the Hotel did not turn up ( despite assurances that it was on it's way), and we had to pay for a taxi. When we got to the hotel, it had been closed down the previous day, due to the structure being unsafe. There was no alternative accommodation, and we had to find a hotel ourselves ( not easy when you are stuck in the middle of a city, and the nearest hotels are full because they have the people that were evacuated from the hotel where you were booked in) The transfer to the airport did not turn up, and we had to get a taxi. We were told during a phone call to Jetline, while we were in Sydney that if we sent the receipts for our hotel and taxis, we would be reimbursed. We have sent numerous emails, with proof of what is owed to us, but we just get fobbed off. I am now looking at taking legal action to recover the money that is owed to us. I would never deal with this company again, and would recommend that no one else does. They are nice to deal with when taking your custom, but have no regard for customer service, or fair play when there is a problem Answer to Jetline's response,: You know my booking number as within hours of posting my comments I had received communication from one if your staff that said that a manager had seen that I had psted a review!!!

United Kingdom | 21 April 2023Absolutely avoid this company at all cost. Abysmal customer service, and what you do get is usually slow and inconsistent. Hidden fees after the point of purchase to be able to have your expected experience. Just pay more and go with a reputable agent.
