The artwork was great and the item was better than expected quality. We had a little difficulty with adding our Logo to the item so we opted to leave it off of the item this time.

I understand the possible differences between the beautiful images of the product on your web page. However, I was disappointed when I saw the proudct in my own eyes. The image of this award in your web page is much, much better than the real one. Never again on this product in the future. The gift bags are nice. Unfortunately, your suggestion to order this size for the award that I purchase is way toooooo BIG. it's almost a joke to put such a small award in such a big bag.
