Tech support wa s good and got me connected very quickly. Bring back the good ol days when all you needed was a password. Why make it more complicated?

United States | 18 August 2023Alex was able to quickly ID and correct when I upgraded to a faster plan, but my other devices were still only < 1mb. He had the tech department manually remove the MAC address from their system, had me 'Forget' the router on my devices, and then reconnect with the updated login. Excellent troubleshooting and friendly service.

United States | 08 August 2023I’m not sure if it’s the provider or the RV park I’m staying at that is the root of the issue. I paid for an upgraded package to let us stream videos and give access to 4 devices. The Fire TV works perfectly fine but our 2 computers are extremely slow. My laptop keeps booting me off the network and when I am connected I’m lucky if I have enough service to pull up my email. So far I am not impressed with the service and I have not been able to get it fixed with customer service

United States | 16 July 2023I submitted a review with the awesome Trust Pilot, and TengoInternet responded immediately. I believe they also sent a subcontractor out to reset our pole, which the office also does. However there were no changes, I still do not have a phone, have sparse text, and the Internet is still slower than dial-up. We pay for this Internet through our rent, which is raised every year. But the neighbors who upgraded and are on games 24/7 are apparently put above the rest, even tho most have gone home for the summer. This is not a good park Internet. The real kicker is TengoInternet kept telling me to call them, which I can't without internet. Then they text me and called the office to see if I could borrow a phone to call them. I refused. If I can't call them to work this out (what were they going to tell me on someone else's phone?) They are the problem.

I must say that Tengo's Support at Riverdale Farm Campsite has been less than expected (and I am being kind). So much so, that I have to move out so that I can continue to do MY work, let alone my Wife's work.

United States | 07 July 2023I don’t understand why 90percent of time I have no service. It is extremely frustrating especially if you are trying to pay a bill or ordering something on line. I’ve had to drive to another location just to complete a transaction. I do not consider that good service.

United States | 01 July 2023Russell Hughes provided outstanding support to my WiFi-related issues at the Holiday Road Travel Center in Caddo Mills, TX. His professionalism and technical knowledge were absolutely superb and he explained several technical issues to me in an easy-to-understand manner that clarifed many of the questions that I had. On a more technical issue, I would encourage TengoInternet to elevate their service level in the RV Parks they contract with to increase the bandwidth (improve download speeds) and increase the number of WiFi towers in each park to ensure that each guest has an exceptional experience and are not limited due to their physical location within the park. We have traveled 53,000 miles across 49 states and 8 Canadian Provinces and have yet to find an RV Park with even remotely decent WiFi, to include many serviced by TengoInternet. The technology is out there, but they just need to deploy it.
