United States | 11 April 2023Every Sunday my speed drops so much (down to 0.01 Mbps upload) that I have to call in and ask them to rerboot the access point righ in front of my place, but on Sunday I ususally get only voicemail. The support staff is very good, but Tengo still won't hire more staff as I have advised.

Everything we worked on continued to give me an error. I was able to get the two hour plan but could not purchase the one month plan. I tried 3 different cards to no avail. As a courtesy, Alex credited my account with the one month fee and I was able to get the internet.

United States | 21 March 2023RV park internet upgrade didn't work AT ALL! I spent about $5 on an upgrade to an internet connection at an RV park that was useless. I didn't expect much for $5. I got even less than that, I got exactly nothing. As far as lack of expertise, I have nearly 40 years in the IT business, have written a commercial web-based electronic medical records software application, have a cloud based medical transcription service I also wrote, and have a pretty good working knowledge of everything networking. The service I paid for didn't even present me with a login screen no matter what I tried on several devices in our RV no matter what I tried. I called tech support and asked them to send me the IP address for the login screen. I did get an email eventually, but all it had was a text link to what looked like an internal IP address which didn't work even when I was logged into the RV park internet connection. I think a refund is in order. So, if you're at the El Paso (TX) Roadrunner RV Park and are presented with the option to "upgrade" your internet connection, DON'T DO IT, save your money.

I had already paid and it said I was connected but would not let me get past the sign in page. The young lad stayed and we went through several attempts at different levels and finally got it connected. Appreciate his patience as I am somewhat technically challenged these days.
