United States | 06 March 2023I had difficulty with my initial log in and was charged a monthly fee when I had a coupon. Called support at 12:30AM. Went to bed and this morning had a VM that my issue was resolved. Called support again to verify my credit card was credited and a code entered by support. In fact it was not. The support person was fantastic and walked me thru every step. Charge was reversed and sha stayed on the phone with me to enter the correct code. Would have been five stars if initial VM did what it said to solve the problem

United States | 22 February 2023My wife and I just landed after a 400 mile drive south to visit friends. I needed to get on line as quickly as possible to follow up with business up north. I thought was good at this log in process, evidently not good enough. Alex V your support expert got on line with me and I knew I was a bit in a hurry. He was calm, cool and smart. Good combination. Hand held me through several ways to undo my previous log ins and get me on line. It makes such a difference when the support experts keep giving you the feel that it's going to be ok and we will get it solved; especially when you're on the road and bit tired, ok cranky. United States | 20 February 2023Service in Yuma RV Park is very unreliable. After paying 28.00 per month per user we find that it is nearly impossible to get and stay online. It is not unusual to be in the middle of an online transaction or reading a news article to find that suddenly you are offline. You then need to go back into your settings and reconnect usually resulting in the loss of where you were when the connection cut out. I have used them before at this park and each year the service is worse - this will be the last year that we use Tengointernet and will use one of their competitors - we will not recommend them. As a side note I did contact their support team but they were very unhelpful - had to leave a message for them to call me back which they never did. *UPDATED* Spoke several times with support personnel. After some investigating they note that we are connecting to the wrong tower. Their solution was for me to get a WiFi booster. Not sure that will solve the issue and not sure we should spend even more money on their subpar service - it seems to me that their tower signals drop and our new model iPads connect to the next best signal which is the wrong tower. Doesn’t sound like it is our problem rather a Tengo problem. They are not inexpensive for two people over two months and I would expect better from them than we are getting. It is now too late for us to change companies but next trip to Yuma we will not use them.

United States | 14 February 2023Your agent was excellent. Helpful, kind, patient. Your product is very substandard. Your agent was successful in getting your wifi to work, but 10 minutes later the speed droped to less than 2 Mbps and I was without wifi the remainder of the evening.

United States | 23 January 2023Today, I am watching the NFL playoff game between the Bill's and Bengals with my good friend Tengo Internet. The first half was bad, a few seconds of action and frozen screen, then a screen with no picture and then 5 minutes of lost of game time, usually just before a big game moment this happened at least 5 times during the half. Second half and it got worse, announcers frozen on screen, blank picture and 3 minutes of lost game time. I saw a total of 5 plays during the third quarter. Great game! I love my tengo Internet. I don't have to waste my time watching a full game. Last night while watching the Eagles and Giants, I recorded my mbps at 1.21 per second. Too bad I pay for 20 mbps. I am moving at the end of this month and already have an appointment for installation at the new house. With Century Link. I am sorry Tengo you had an opportunity to correct the issue. The companies lack of a response has convinced me that the customer does not matter to them.After 10 weeks, I think I have been more than patient and have none left for a company that treats me like my payment doesn't matter. Good bye.

Australia | 17 January 2023This company takes no responsibility for their atrocious internet service. Tech suppt could not troubleshoot their way out of a wet paper bag with a compass and a machete. As a global nomad, mostly in 3rd world countries, I am not sure I have encountered worse. I pay for their “premium”, which is a joke. I even bought a high quality booster antenna to pick up the signal from their tower 20’ away, and they claim they cannot see the booster… a brand THEY recommended, which carries strong reviews otherwise. I’m sure what they do, is purchase minimal bandwidth at the enterprise level, then resell 10-20x what they can actually deliver, hoping for a small % of their users trying to use it. If they get enough grief from a park, they throttle back or turn off one to service another. We were just down for 4 days… not seeing any pro-rated refunds or anything else. While on - suppt call forever, being told it was all my fault, a tech finally rebooted things or something and voila… a device connected. Yep… all me 🙄 Save your money and the stress and use homing pigeons. Much faster and far more reliable. Update: immediately sent info, which was simply my contact info. They of course have NOT reached out. They have NEVER called back when calling to troubleshoot. This is standard operating procedure, as I have discovered over the past couple years when I am in a park with Tengo. I think they must have a “don’t ever call the customer” policy. Occasionally you might get someone friendly if you get through when calling them (also a rwal gamble), but generally they are mean as a cut snake, super irritated by having to speak to their customers.
