United States | 13 July 2022The rep was incredibly rude. For some reason needed my password for my account which I’ve never been asked for before when needing help with the Wi-Fi. The internet is horrible. I used to promote Tengo to other rv park guests but I will not now. My computer takes 5 minutes to open a page if it even does before it times out. The horrible internet wouldn’t be as much of an issue if the customer service rep was not so rude.

United States | 12 July 2022Bryan Z was very nice and friendly when answering my questions and concerns. At this time, I can't actually confirmed he resolved my issue as I have to wait until we are using the wifi while camping again to see but he did what he could to try to assist. We will see what the outcome is at the end of July but at this time, I have no reason to leave a negative review other than it took my leaving a bad review to get anyone from customer service to reach out to try and resolve my issues a month after trying to get resolution. I will not hold this against Bryan Z at this time as I have no way of knowing who was supposed to reach out from the get go.

United States | 28 June 2022While attempting to Pay my Monthly Internet Service Bill on-line, both through my Cellphone & Laptop Computer, the connection would either just completely Fail or "Time Out" & after trying 5 TIMES, I was forced to Call their Help Desk & it took an Hour for that person to take my Credit Card Information & then re-activate my Internet Service here at Distant Drums RV Resort in Camp Verde AZ. I made the call & payment on a Saturday & normally within Hours I receive an e-mail Receipt that my Payment has been processed & received by them with a Confirmation Number. It is NOW Monday & I STILL have NOT received the Normal & Simple Follow-up Electronic Receipt of Payment by e-mail that is Standard Operating Procedure! If the Crew/Staff of Tengo Internet are Unable, or more Accurately, are UNWILLING to provide the Service that they are charging the Patrons here for, then They SHOULD simply Return the Money for the Services that THEY have NOT Rendered & Close their Company! I am seeing more & more Starlink Antennas on the RVs at this Resort, so despite the Higher Cost of Starlink, those customers are getting the Service that they are Paying for! As Consumers, WE have choices, so it Would Be HIGHLY advisable for Tengo Internet to become a part of the Solution & NOT a Part of the PROBLEM! If Tengo Internet Chooses NOT to resolve their Customer Service & Hardware Problems both Satisfactorily & in a Timely manner, then they WILL suffer the SAME consequences as other Customer Service Companies who have FAILED before them; K-Mart & Sears just to mention 2 most recent examples! Since these Issues are a Matter of CHOICE for proper completion, I would Highly Advise/Recommend that they Choose WISELY!!!

United States | 25 June 2022Due to some sort of technical glitch beyond anyone's control, I was unable to use Tengo Internet with my ROKU Ultra, but Brian from Customer Service spent about an hour with me, and we tried everything within our power to address it. We were able to get connectivity, but no luck when using the Roku. My rating is based on the courtesy, and skill, of Brian as well as his sheer determination to solve the issue. I very much value great customer service!

If I owned a campground I would not waste time or money on this worthless service. All my friends agree. IF and a big IF the tengo works for a whole day we cheers each other at sunset. Worse than worthless

United States | 17 June 2022Sometimes service is down at our park. But if you have a True-Fully-"SMART TV" you should be all ok.. It is pretty cheap as well! Tengo has pretty good service dept also!

United States | 12 June 2022The service is not good. Ive had problems with them for 5 years. They do nothing, but send parts to attempt repairs. It is not a service, I would go through them again. Too much to explain, but very disgusted with their business plan. Ive been down more than running, and Im the one who has to fix it.

United States | 11 June 2022Although I experienced a lot of confusion and frustration trying to obtain the upgraded WiFi, once I was able to talk with someone from the help desk the process was explained and thus far after 2-3 hours things are going well and I have great WiFi service now!!!

I left a message over the weekend amd had to wait forbthem to open Monday morning to talk to some one...then I was told they were knew about the problem a d a ticket had been opened. Now a week later I am still with out internet in the trailer, I paid for the month and have yet to use anybody it

United States | 31 May 2022Great during low peak times. Not so great during the weekends or evenings. When I had trouble getting useful speeds during the weekend Andrew was very helpful and did what he could. The one thing where I think they really stand out though, is the fact that they actually answer the phone when you call. You may have to wait a few minutes on hold but you will actually talk with a real person that appears to genuinely want to assist. I would definitely recommend them if you are going to be in the park during the weekdays as the speeds during low peak times are epic!
