United States | 19 December 2021I have 0 upload speed. So no sites will open since they time out. This has been occuring since the system was upgraded in October 2021. I have had many calls and the reps are all courteous and polite. They obviously do not have the ability to resolve the issue. It has been escalated several times and not resolved. I have a Winegard wi-fi extender and even when it is loaded inn Tengo the upload is 0. I believe whoever added the additional towers and relays in October did something to change my connectivity. I have a tower 15 yards behind my RV.

United States | 14 December 2021Tengointernet is doing what all they think is the best they can do. The park pays for the EXCELLENT-A1 SERVICE. If this is the best I don't want to see the worse. The park gets AN AMAZING 3 GIGS with people on it your lucky to connect. Yes the Tech explained it all to ne. In his explanation to me it really sucks and it is the best they can do. I gave 5 Stars just in case they are correct an can not/will not do more. 5 G has been out for weeks.

It is always for people my age to understand technology of today. As I told him I go back to the 3 channel TV. He was understanding and took me step by step. I want to thank him for his help. You should be proud to have an employee like him.

United States | 17 November 2021Although we ended up not going with Tengo, I couldn’t have asked for a better Customer Service Representative, Russell Hughes. He went OVER AND ABOVE to help me, especially because I can be technology challenged lol. He was so patient, and actually sounded like he really enjoyed helping people. With the way the nation is today and nobody wants to work, I never felt one time that he was annoyed with my lack of technological knowledge. He did exactly as he said he would do and called me back three separate times to try and resolve the issues we were having in the RV Park. He is definitely a refreshing change as to most customer service representatives. He is a God send to your company and he definitely needs a raise and promotion to make sure Russell Hughes doesn’t leave your company. You’ve got a real gem!!!!!!!!

He has escalated it and I am awaiting a contact back to resolve this. The following day, I tried to connect again and was successful. Thank you for following up.

United States | 05 November 2021Alex V was very confident and helpful with my issue. He was able to connect my Apple TV to the internet so I could stream! He was very nice to talk to as well as he related to me and we shared intriguing stories as I was waiting for the internet to refresh.

United States | 28 October 2021One and done. That's all it takes now to get it back to working right. Tengointernet has found a quick temporary fix for us here. But as soon as the wind blows it has to be worked on again. Have been here three years and they are getting better all the time.

They asked me how my support request went and when I tried to give a review directly to them they said my support was closed and I could not rate.

Both times he did what he needed to on your end (the Campground confirmed all was good here) and we now have the wifi we paid for. Alex was terrific and I hope I can get him when this happens again. Hopefully not but I think I may call again! Thank you Alex.
