After 2 days of Internet, I woke up and had no signal. I call TechSupport and left a message with my details. 6 hours later, no call back, I phone again and got thru after a15 min wait. The agent helped me by telling me they had no crisis I had ever registered. Her game me an IP address to go to and setup my login again, but that didn’t work. I cleared my Safari cache, and started over and was able to build a new profile and get access. Not for the non-IT literate!

Gabriel was so great! He stayed on the phone with me to ensure that the WiFi was working. He was polite, courteous and patient as I am not very techhy and I had a few questions. He really was super and I really appreciated all of his time and assistance :)

I successfully was able to get connected to the internet. I wooo up I’d gave given 5 stars, but initially I left three vm messages, and didn’t get a call back until the next day. Alexis assisted me and she did a fine job getting me connected.

After reading some of the other reviews, my experience is about normal for this company. BAD! I get finally get a person to answer the phone and he helped me with the password. My biggest complaint is that you can only connect two devices at a time. Connect is a very generous word here. With all the people camping because of Covid, many have two or three computers with them. Telework added another computer. I am not surfing on multiple devices at the same time. Why can't you have it where three or more devices can connect, but at different times. Like a work computer during the day and a personnel computer at night? Should be required to deactivate one to use the other.

The service is always helpful as I stay at this campground 7 months at a time. It's a pain to sign up every month. The only thing is the internet is so weak we can't even get our roku. That's sad because s?ing is our favorite. It seems to be getting worse. Looking for internet alternatives.

I am giving a 2 star review as this has been a problem for over a year and a simple fix has still not happened. If a user goes into change a password the page tells the user that the password must include: 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 symbol. What has not been on the page is you MUST also include a lower case letter! I will admit to being forgetful, had to reset the password last year, and then again this week. I had to call the help line BOTH times, this last time proceeded in a 24 hour wait before a call back. I would not have had to call at all if the password reset page included the need for a lower case letter!!!!! Why hasn’t this been fixed? It is astounding to me that a very simple problem (the lack of telling the user a lower case letter is needed) has not been resolved! No excuse for an IT company to do not have fixed this.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced as an end user. Paid for 3 months worth of “high speed” 20 mbp up and 20 mbp down and I get less than 1. Have called now over 15 times to talk to customer support to which nothing ever gets accomplished and nothing gets fixed. They say it’s above their pay grade and they will push it to a “supervisor”. Weather they do or not, I have no idea because they say they are going to fix the issue, but after 4 months now, nothing is fixed. I can’t even surf websites on my laptop. I cannot get my phone to use it, and when I’m streaming on my Apple TV, I get to watch a show for about 4.5 minutes before it buffers for 10. This company is a scam, don’t waste your money. If you want higher speed internet, buy a 56kbs modem and use dialup, it’s way faster. Update: typical useless customer service. After relying to this review and sending me an email to confirm this is all legit, I filled out the proper info and received absolutely nothing. Typical no response. Typical do nothing. NEVER should you get this scam of an internet service.

I checked in at an RV Resort and followed the instructions for connecting. When I had problems, the office staff told me to call the 24/7 support number. I called and ended up leaving a message requesting a return call. The call came 4 days later, after I had left the RV Resort.

Customer Support - if you can get hold of them. Tried to call them multiple times on multi days different time. Call disconnects after 20 minutes "no agent available". Tickets are not responded to and when you are able to resolve the problem yourself, they do respond with a "request to rate support". The website: "This request is now closed.Unfortunately, that means the ticket can no longer be rated." I purchased a monthly plan at an RV site for 20Mbps (up and down) - sometimes I can get 10Mpbs, most of the time 5-7.5Mbps.....

The old 1990’s screeching dial up internet worked at light speed compared to ten-no-go at the Lost Dutchman MH park in Apache Junction. Often won’t connect, it freezes, and my 20 mpbs is often below one, seldom above 4. Complaints supposedly get escalated, but nothing happens. The agent can’t even connect you to a supervisor (or won’t). Taking Tengointernet’s customer calls has to be the worst job ever. Many in our park, as well as in two adjoining parks have been calling and complaining regularly. All promises, no action. With all the negative comments, if Tengointernet cared about customers at all this problem would be fixed.

The person who helped me was professional, courteous and helpful. It took a couple of hours for someone to call me back, but when we connected he was able to talk me through the issue and get my devices connected properly.

TengoInternet took my MAC numbers for my devices and entered them into the network at my RV Resort so I could use my devices. Quick turnaround and very polite and helpful. 5 Stars for Customer Service. However, the internet is very slow. But, perhaps the RV Resort needs to pay for more bandwith and speed, considering our rent is higher than RV Parks.

Abeni tried to be helpful but not particularly proactive; just recited prior tickets still open, from long ago; which apparently leads to the still consistent internet failures. Her comments said I was unhappy with the park, which I am, but I am also unhappy with Tenginternet because escalated tickets go nowhere, have no status and never get fixed. You have nodes/dishes/towers that your own folks watch go up and down, off..then back up - there is a problem. Solution? We made a ticket to escalate...thanks and bye. Well, no one does anything with the ticket and the issues still exist daily. Strangely, after I call, they check the nodes and "look into them", "reboot" them or whatever, things work great for a few hours. I realize Tengointernet wants totally unencumbered income and no expense but that's not the way this should work. You need to take care of your business and keep you equipment operational. I'm assuming that is in the contract with the owner of the country club and I will investigate.

Just signed up. Had to call in as had a problem getting connected. Connection is a little slow so far but will see how stable it is and if it meets our needs. The agent was knowledgeable and courteous.

Useless WiFi. Slow speeds if you can stay connected for more than five minutes. It's unfortunate that they've hoodwinked so many RV parks into paying for their poor service.

I've had horrible speeds the last 6 weeks or so and doesn't justify the price I pay. The guys I spoke with were professional and spent a long time trying to figure out my connection issues. Tengo is the ONLY option for my family and when I can't rely on the company to give me the service I'm already paying too much for, I feel cheated. I don't blame the guys I talked to, just the horrible connection. Still isn't fixed. I feel like I have to pack up and relocated my RV and I don't want too.
