I was having problems and spoke to a technician by the name of Russel. He was very nice and able to remedy my problem in a short time. The only complaint was I was on hold for 20 min. before I could Speak to Russel.

Russell did an excellent job of problem solving connectivity and bandwidth issues at our RV trailer site. I just hope that he passes on information with management at this site to reset all of its configurations more frequently so we don't have future issues.

Received great assistance from tech when I called. Walked me through the steps to log into and set up my account. He made is very easy for me to follow along.
