United States | 13 January 2021First we spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get TV streaming service, using Tengo. No luck. Then, we called Tengo. James was lovely and tried his best to help us. We spent 1 1/2 hours with him. TV streaming was impossible. So, he tried to help us get internet on our laptop. He told us that we could only have one device on internet at a time. Well, we have a cell phone and two laptops. He finally accomplished getting us internet on one laptop. Once we hung up from talking to him, we lost the internet and never got it back. We spent another 1/2 hour by ourselves trying to get internet back. No success. Our Tengo ticket number was 625820. Complete waste of time and totally frustrating experience! And it even cost us $3 for that one night of frustration.

Canada | 08 January 2021Called for a weak signal problem. The technician told me that they still have old antenna's wich leads to very weak signals around Debary at the Hyghbanks camping ground. I did speed test for a result of 0.8 mb down and 0.7 mb upload I did many and I never had more than 2.0 mb down and 0.7 mb upload. Very frostrating. The pricing are the same as others who get a faster data rate from Tengo. To day Jan. 13, 1h30 pm. another speed test, result: 0.7mb. down and 0.5mb up load. What else can I say...

United States | 06 January 2021As someone who has worked in the cable industry, both on the customer service and installation and repair sides, I have to be patient with the setup on this property. As a guest of the property, I do not have an account, and management isn’t always available, so we wait for service... too often! I contacted Tengointernet this time, they had to investigate my claim... But came through as soon as possible! Customer service was all robot and email, and affective.

Got a reasonably prompt call back and the technician was very helpful, informative, patient (listened to me respectfully kvetch for a couple minutes), and did all he could to help resolve the issue now and with advice for potential future issues. Very satisfied with the outcome.

United States | 01 January 2021A five star review because of Russell. We have dealt with Tengo for many years now, and I'm sad to say we have rarely been satisfied with our service. This is the second time I have been lucky enough to have Russell's help. He is attentive, kind and very competent. While I have had other agents brush me off with curt comments, he listened, did what he could and made sure my issue was resolved. Tengo should have him develop a class on customer service and make it a requirement for all of their employees.

There is only one other service here in Brenda, AZ and it is linked to tengointernet. Slow slow band width when a lot of people are using it. hardly better than nothing,

United States | 15 December 2020The positive reviews are probably from this "Russel" character talking himself up. Truth is, this service is garbage. Do not go with this company for your business, especially during this pandemic. The speeds are slower than dial up internet. Reaching out to them, if you can get through, will only result in them blaming you when so many people have the exact same issue. Unprofessional and incomptent, where the only positive things said about this company are from fake reviews. Save your money, unless you like to pay high speed prices for slower than dial up speed...
