A small error occurred during the online ordering process which was rectified very quickly and politely with a short phone call. I will definitely use Downlights Direct again.

Quick delivery, although I had an email to say that they were waiting for part of the order to come in. I did, however, have the option of having either two deliveries, or waiting for the stock to come in. Even then, I still received them fairly quickly

Did not realise that buying downlighters could be so complex. Web site excellent with good advice about the different options including bulb selection. I rang the contact number and a very helpful person answered my questions. Ordering process was simple and the goods arrived on time. Ahead of delivery , I received a text advising delivery date with the option to text back an alternative delivery date. Would recommend and will use again

Hi, I just recently bought LED down lights from this company and was very impressed with the price and speed of delivery. The same item at another online retailer was approx. £10 more per light. I placed the order one morning and my lights arrived the next day and p&p was free.

Easy to use comes with a long cable from sensor to unit. Most others are to short.

Initially I rated this company 2 stars - as my order not delivered some days after having been advised that it had been dispatched . When I drew this to Downlights Direct attention - they could not have reacted better . Sincere apology given , explaining that mistype on my postcode had sent order to another address. No problems they said - we will get urgent reorder out to you within 24 hours . Suffice to say , that order did indeed arrive within 24 hours - delighted with product , so much better than what I had already. Quality customer service , and this on modest order value of circa £25. I am truly impressed . Working in a service industry myself - I know that errors/mistakes will always happen . The test of a company is how they react to a " complaint " . Downlight Direct were superb . I am now a convert and have no hesitation in recommending Downlight Direct for both quality pf product and good old fashioned customer service. Keep up the good work lads - you deserve to succeed.

Ordered from them 3 times now. Each time the goods arrived the next day and were exactly as ordered.

As an individual, not a contractor, I found it very easy to order the correct items. There was clear information provided. On delivery I found I had an item missing but that was rectified by the next day.

I placed my order, a week after it hadn't arrived so I phoned, was told it was backordered and would arrive a few days later....another week passed and still no delivery so I phoned again and was told part of the order was out of stock and would take 3 weeks to arrive!!!! at no point was I contacted to let me know of the delays and after being given the 3rd delivery date it was again late... Very poor communication!!!!!!!

Purchased 5 kitchen downlighters, Reasonable price. Product looks great. One light was faulty, but after email to company, a replacement sent straight away with none of the barriers that others companies introduce. Definately will use company again.
