I bought led down lights that I had priced at an electrical wholesales at circa £34 each (inc bulbs) for less than half that price. These are exactly the same fittings and bulbs that were recommended to me by the wholesaler at half the price - cant ask for more than that.

Purchased a range of LED products including kitchen strip lights and mains dimmable LED drivers. Prices were competitive, delivery very prompt and the products are good quality. I had read previously that many LEDs do not dim very much but I found the the combination of this company's LED strip lighting and mains dimmable transformers are great and the dimming range is excellent.

GU10 bulbs are for our shops we bought them at a very good price and they arrived quickly.

I orderd a transformer for my bathroom light, I put the wrong postcode on the order and they rang and e-mailed me to tell me it was wrong. I e-mailed them back with the correct postcode and one day later I received my tranformer. I would definatly recommend this company and the prices are grey to.

I have used Downlights Direct twice now and on both occasions the goods arrived promptly (in one case in less than 24hrs after the order was submitted online) and had been well packed and protected. I found the company very efficient and helpful once an anomaly had been sorted out with the online purchase system. I'd bought some down lighters and lamps, which I paid for via Paypal. I then wanted to buy a PIR light, and tried to add to the same order. That wouldn't work, so I deleted my old order and purchased the spotlight separately. The next day I had a call from the company to say they'd had two orders for downlighters and no order for a spotlight. I called them and they'd eventually found my order. Cant' fault the service - I ordered some lights on Sunday; there was a slight problem with availability, and I had a call from the sales office on Monday, and my order was delivered on Tuesday! The lights were higher quality fittings, but still cheaper than Screwfix
