Your staff were very helpful attentive and friendly. Explaining what they were doing at all times, a very efficient service. Hope not to use the service again😫 for obvious reasons but good to know it is there should it be required.

Excellent service - polite, pleasant and knew their stuff. Came out on a freezing cold night at about 11 pm - an hour or so later our car was back in action. Highly recommended if you’re ever as daft as me and fill your diesel car with unleaded….

So glad I contacted this company. Was promised someone would be at the house within an hour, however 30 mins later someone turned up and 30 mins later my car was sorted. Tank emptied of petrol & diesel filled. No problem with payment as had a card machine. Very professional.

Tom came out on a horrible cold day just after Christmas and was excellent. He was quick to arrive and the issue was resolved very quickly. Can’t fault the company.

Brilliant service and very quick

Great service from these guys after I put the wrong fuel in my husband’s car! I didn’t have to wait long at all and they quickly sorted it and got me back on the road again. Very friendly too. Car hasn’t had any problems since. Would definitely recommend 👍

Your company came quickly and in a realistic timeframe. The operator from Madison/Standburn was a very pleasant guy. He did a very thorough job and understood how the fuel circulation works each time you turn in the ignition thereby ensuring complete emptying of the fuel. Was then in my way with a generous 10 litres fuel.

My American sister filled up with the wrong fuel while on a trip to Fife. She didn’t know what to do so she phoned me at home. I phoned the Green Flag but they couldn’t help except give me your web address, I’m glad they did as things got better from then on, from the answering of the call to the site visit you could not have done better, your man on site was very professional, polite and explained all the steps, thank you!

Tom was amazing, he reassured me from the get good that all would be ok. He spoke me through the process and not to worry when the engine wouldn’t start first time. His hard work and determination is commendable and he did it all in the pouring rain. Very impressed, thank you Tom 👌
