Incredibly helpful from their recommendation system re. which nappies might work for you through to their hire kits for newborns. My wife and I found the information they have really helpful when it feels like there are hundreds of choices of nappies but no firm reviews about why to use one over another. My partner and I attended a Cloth Nappy Demo online. It was really informative and helped us make a decision about the type of reusable nappies and accessories we would like to use when baby arrives. Completing the online recommendation questionnaire before hand gave us time to look into what was recommended so that we could ask all the questions we needed at the demonstration session.
