All my dogs seems to do good on this food and I recommend it.

Fantastic company to deal with and individual service. I’ve converted two other people to Honey’s and my quest continues :-) Have been a customer for approx 6yrs with a little break in between dogs. Cannot praise raw feeding and this company enough! Easy to feed; my previous GSD loved it so didn’t hesitate to change my new puppy onto it overnight from the breeder. Immediately sorted out any tummy issues from dry food with both dogs. Have always received praise of how well our dogs look. Raw feeding might be a little more to buy than some complete foods, but in my opinion you wouldn’t feed your children junk food every day, so why feed your four legged family member rubbish either?! You can tell it’s excellent quality food with no wastage (so, better value in long run!) and, more importantly, this option gives my dog the best chance to live a long and healthy life. I have a golden retriever who since he was a tiny baby pup suffered from persistent diarrhea and sometimes also (in a bad case) vomiting. I spent every pound I had trying every single commercial dog food on the market and nothing ever stopped it. We were at the vets every other month when I would be particularly worried about a severe bout of gut problems and paying for expensive anti-nausea injections, tablets to settle tummy, "special medical recovery food" etc. Marley couldn't always go to his daycare either if he was experiencing (another) bout of diarrhea as they don't allow dogs with diarrhea on site. One day his daycare suggested to me that I consider raw feeding? I had considered it in the past and asked Marley's vet about raw feeding in the past and he said he didn't think so, and that I'd be better buying the expensive 'medical food' in his waiting room (which yes, I tried and it didn't help either). So at my wits end, I called Honey's who his daycare recommended, and spoke to a vet nurse there (I can't remember her name). She took a detailed view of Marley and his problems and we set about trying Honeys raw food. I can honestly tell you that his diarrhea disappeared overnight. Not a month later, not 2 weeks later, I mean that very day that I started Honey's he was never ill again. Now that was about 2 years ago and he has still never been sick since. It actually sometimes makes me teary to think I waited so long to try this and I could have had a happier healthier dog years before. Marley is now a beautiful healthy happy boy and I am thrilled. I really recommend Honey's to everyone now who will listen and I thought I should write this trust pilot review if it even helps one other pup from not living a life of gut problems then it's time well spent. Funnily enough, when I took Marley to the vets for an annual checkup nearly a year since his last bout, he said "What happened to his diarrhea, has it just gone?" I said, yes, he's now fed raw and I've never had a single episode since. So I educated him too! The people at Honey's are very nice and check on Marley every now and then ... since he's not poorly anymore he's actually put on weight, so now he's on low-fat versions of all Honey's food. We are managing his weight down now and the people contact us to check on him. Very, very nice customer service. I think they do trial packs, so it's worth calling them.

Being a complete novice to raw feeding and with the imminent arrival of our puppy, I was incredibly happy to come across Honeys after extensive research. My conversations with the advisory team, have been informative and there is never a silly question :). They have always responded to my messages with a call back and email check in on how we're doing or reminder that we may be running out. 5 weeks in our puppy is visibly happy and healthy. Thanks to the team at Honey's.

I've fed my dog on Honey's Real Dog Food for six years. He has a glossy coat, great teeth, bright eyes, fresh breath, robust health and is extremely fit and active for a dog who is now 7.5 years old. In December 2020 he ran 170 miles with me over the course of the month with no ill effects - in my view, due in no small part to his food. You may pay a bit more for Honey's but it's worth every penny. The quality of the meat (no grey, mechanically recovered sludge here), the company's ethos and philanthropy, and its obvious knowledge and wish to improve the health of dogs through diet, is second to none. I would feed my dog nothing else - and the same goes for any future dogs I have.

Would totally recommend it to everyone.

If you want an ethical, fantastic quality and honest raw meat food provider for your pooches, Honey's are the best. They do completes in tubes, which fit perfectly in the freezer with, & without veg in a range of meats which is super important when feeding raw - you can easily have 2-3 tubes on the go. These are also easy to store in the fridge when in use. Their DIY chunks are such amazing quality and the chicken/duck wings are so meaty. Clearly, the animals have been looked after. I am very conscious of animal welfare (not a meat eater myself) but for my two rescue dogs, Honey's are the best.

I first heard of Honey's listening to an interview on my local radio station with Pat Kenny and Jonathan Self. He was so passionate about the welfare of animals and witty too, I decided to try their food for my dogs and I have not regretted it. My German Shepherd, Merlin, was intolerant to tin food (even though it was expensive) and dried food. I tried all makes, nothing seem to work until I gave him Honeys, yes that was the answer - it worked! I now have both my dogs on Honey's, their coats are shining, full of energy, living life to the full. I should have reviewed before as I've been using them for about 10 years but better late than never. The team are incredibly friendly and have helped me to put my dogs on a weight loss diet which has been successful. They really take a personal interest in you and your companion animals and they recently sent me a sympathy card when one of my dogs had to be put to sleep. They food is excellent - locally sourced, organic, ethical and the perfect mix of meat, bone and veggies. I also buy their chicken wings and lamb rib bones, much to my dog's delight. Can't recommend them highly enough whether you're a confirmed BARF feeder or you are considering starting. They offer advice even if you never order from them.

So glad I came across Honey's, superb help, information and advice, far surpasses what I've experienced with other raw food companies and so genuine and honest, can't recommend highly enough. I was so worried about my older dog, he wasn't well due to a cocktail of conventional medications but all my questions and anxieties were more than covered after in-depth telephone calls and emails - and a wealth of information that accompanies the order.
