Super food, super service for super dogs

Our 2 year-old Jack Russell absolutely loves Honey’s and has been fed on nothing else since she was about 10 weeks old. She’s thrived on it and we can’t imagine feeding her anything else. However it is the knowledge that we’re only ever an email away from top quality advice and guidance that’s really hooked us. Bringing up a puppy can be daunting, but getting individual advice from people so clearly on top of their subject has been incredibly reassuring.

Over 9 years I have found the dog food, customer service, and delivery to be excellent. I have used and been inpressed by the free, comprehensive veterinary advice and been comforted by the kindness and compassion when my beloved dog died. Honey's are now supplying food for my new puppy who has grown much larger than expected!

I love this Company. I was recommended to them when my dog was a pup and the quality of their products is excellent compared to when I have had to purchase from my local pet store and being new to raw feeding their advice has been invaluable. I buy food bones and treats and have been happy with everything plus they have sent me several much appreciated free gifts. Their newsletters are both informative and entertaining and its just so nice to be able to deal with a company that has ethics and is not just after maximising profits.

I've been a customer of Honey's for a little over 3 years now, having previously bought from another supplier of raw dog food. I was attracted to Honey's ethos and the fact I was able to provide my little rascals with free range meat. The quality is top notch and my girls are thriving on it. Even though they're both a little long in the tooth now, they've never been in better condition. The other thing I really appreciate is that you speak to a human being when you contact the company. Nothing is ever too much trouble, everyone is really friendly and delivery is always reliable. Honey's for me is now a 'must have' due to this winning combination of sound ethics, excellent quality and peerless customer service.

I have used Honeys raw food for my rescue dog Maddy, a lurcher cross. She can be picky but then her goto choice of food is poop from horse,cow or sheep. When I refuse to give her this she loves honeys! The tin I had in my welcome pack is my 'recall' item as she hears the rattle of treats and back she comes. I love that the food arrives on time and in great condition, i also am thankful for the reminder email. "Now if you could just add a dash of 'sheep poop' to spice up the aroma...."

I was delighted to be recommended Honey's by my vet when I was searching for a raw food supplier in the UK. Luca continues to thrive on Honey's food and though he's a picky eater he never turns down Honey's. Their customer service is quick and efficient and I have asked for advice many times and they get back to me right away. Although raw food is expensive I appreciate how transparent they are about their business, why they do things and their economics. Thanks Honey's!

I have been using Honey's since I got my dog as a pup, they have provided a great service giving me advice on correct feeding information as my dog grows. Honey’s has been absolutely fantastic and I’ve been using them for years. Archie is a westie so has some allergies. Honey’s takes that into consideration and always gives orders with his allergies in mind. Always on time. Always polite and efficient. And I get a reminder to check food levels when they think I may be running low! Both Archie and myself love Honey’s but for different reasons!

I used to go to a local shop and buy raw food however, Honey’s came and did a talk and immediately I was impressed by the knowledge of raw feeding but also the book was fabulous and really made me understand why raw feeding was the best for my dog. She loves the food. We follow all the advise for the boosters. We know that they are on the end of the phone if there is something we want to talk about too. Delivery is spot on and I am glad we use Honey’s .

Our dog loves it and the packaging / shape the food comes in is more practical than alternatives we have tried. I adopted a rescue dog who had been found on the streets and had various problems with his tummy and even the most bland kibbles upset his system. I was recommended to try raw food, and the friendly and knowledgable team at Honey's gave me useful and helpful advice. I switched to raw feeding my dog a year ago and knew very little about it. Honey’s have been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Their prices are very competitive. They send an email to remind you that you may be running low on food, which I find really helpful and they send a really interesting newsletter with your delivery. I would highly recommend them!

A friend recommended Honeys and I can't believe I ever fed my dog anything else and to top it off there costomer service is excellent I had a few questions and it was answered quickly and efficiently and they send a email checking in near the end of my order so I don't even need to think about it and a huge plus is the quality of food that arrives that my dog goes nuts for it makes feeding raw a breath of fresh air i have recommed everyone I know to them !!! And the little book of knowledge has been a gods send that they wrote! Can't recommend any higher but I would like to see more merchandise!

Excellent company using ethically sourced ingredients used to produce very high quality food. Lots of free advice available from friendly and knowledgeable people - a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of variety so my dog never gets board of the food, and there's no waste. Delivery to your door without hassle whenever you need it. Recommended.

I was recommended this company by a friend who is a dog owner of many years, and also with a dog related business. I have never come across a company with such a personal touch; the staff are incredibly helpful, the nutritionists are fantastic with their advice. The offers available for first time buyers are incredibly generous, with some wonderful ethical treats included for free. My dog loved the handmade biscuits - no preservatives or nasties at all. The quality of the meat is excellent, not the mush I have bought from other suppliers; the choice is very good and the advice I have received with my fussy terrier has been amazing. Lastly, the delivery is perfect - usually within a day or two, packed really well in ice, in a sturdy box with insulated packing. I dislike paying for p&p however make an exception for this company as the goods, service and delivery is second to none. Highly recommend
