Have been really pleased with our switch to Honey's for our puppy. Ahead of ordering the team were great with all my questions on what is and isn't appropriate for our dog, both on email and then by phone. They are really knowledgable and it's very comforting to lean on their advice. The food itself is great, smells as fresh as something we would eat ourselves (although I won't try!) and the dog loves it. Delivery is always great - always frozen still - even this week when our delivery arrived at 2pm in the crazy heat. Would HIGHLY recommend. Such a great company, great service, excellent product, and a seemingly ethical and sustainable approach which is really important to us.

Honey's Dog Food I have been using Honey's raw food for my beloved Westie for over 4 years now. I have nothing but praise for the quality of the dog food they produce and hugely value and respect Honey's ethical and environmental standards too. I have been using Honey's for my dogs (first one, then two and now three!) for about 9 years now. It is a most wonderful company. The food is first class and the service very efficient and attentive. They are an ethical company, mindful of their environmental footprint and concerned about the welfare of the animals they use . They give great advice if you have any problems with your dogs and are great people, full of goodwill, humour and expertise. I would not feed my dogs anything else.

The service is excellent- they have always been on hand to offer guidance around my dogs diet where needed. I can not fault this company at all. My Border Collie had suffered with various allergies his whole life, then about 4 years ago he became very sick with an autoimmune condition amongst other things. After lots of research I found Honey's and they where extremely helpful in working out what was best to feed him, due to his allergies and having to be low in fat. Overtime together we have managed to incorporate a varied and balance diet and my dogs health has improved immensely.

I’m so glad I have found Honey’s and I use them for both my dog & cat. I trust them as a company and believe in their ethics and approach. They have always been really helpful, especially when my last dog was sadly diagnosed with cancer. Honey's were recommended to me by my dog trainer; I first tried them two and a half years ago and have never looked back! We've been ordering from Honey's for 3+ years and cannot fault them. They have brilliant customer service - they swiftly respond to emails, deliver monthly interesting newsletters, and offer incentives. For some time, I had been thinking of swapping our dog onto a raw food diet. But had assumed it would be inconvenient and time consuming. How wrong could I have been. Last December I noticed a little book "The Real Honey's Dog Food story" in a local gift shop. I bought a copy and having read it was convinced this was the right move for us. Our beloved 4 year old Weimarana Gus had been suffering from recurrent stomach upsets, with colitis type symptoms, sometimes even with traces of blood. This was a constant concern for us and also very unpleasant to deal with. We are a very foodie family and although he was on a high quality dry food, it was not sitting well with me that we feed him with something we would not be prepared to eat ourselves! Having contacted Honey's, I was surprised and also very impressed at the extremely personal service I received from the outset, where a member of the team called me and spent around 40 minuets on the phone taking down Gus's past history and health concerns and advising me on the right Honey's range for Gus and how to make the change. Five months down the line and four deliveries later, Gus is a happy healthy dog and I am pleased to say he has not had any stomach upsets in that time. He really looks forward to meal times and always clears his dish and rather than finding this new way of feeding a time consuming inconvenience, I find the whole routine somewhat therapeutic. The change to his health is obvious in his energy levels and shiny coat. The biggest change however and more importantly, is what we have to pick up after him. The quantity I would say has halved and is firm and so much easier and more pleasant to collect! I have given an excellent rating all round, for the friendly efficient and attentive team, who alway go the extra mile with customer service, the quality of the product and their approach to animal welfare, sustainability and Recycling. We found Honey's Real Dog Food via our veterinarian's recommendation. We had a dog who had been just diagnosed with cancerous tumours. Surgery was not possible because of the location of the tumours, so we treated him via integral medicine. Our goal, with the aid of our vet’s supplemental and nutritional advice, was to focus on his quality of life. So one of the first things we did was switching to Honey’s food. I believe, although it would be impossible to verify, that our dear Wallace was able to live two more quality years after diagnosis thanks in part to the level of quality and nutrition from Honey’s food. Certainly, I was in contact with the nutritionists always available at Honey’s and received a lot of useful information about things we could do to preserve his health. The inevitable occurred but we continued on with Honey’s with our other dog, Lucy and our new rescue, Peggy. They LOVE it and I love it for the quality and the ethical stance of the company especially the certified organic, free-range or wild food sources, and that the food is human-grade. Why would we feed our dogs anything less than that! There is so much to like about Honey’s. Their personal service, ethically sourced food, advice and information available, recipes, the extra effort they all put into what they do to make you feel like a very valued customer. It’s absolutely refreshing! (Our grand-dog is now eating Honey’s too.) Highly recommended.

How wonderful to find a raw food supplier who has nutritionalist advisers. I have fed raw for 30 years and has always been so difficult to get advice for diet and health issues. After all those years of scrunching up veg, cutting up offal, carting bones home I can now get it all done for me and delivered to my doorstep.

This is the best provider of raw dog food that I have found and I have done a LOT of research as I had a dog that was poorly. They also offer free advice on health problems and their delivery is first rate. I cannot praise them enough.

Honeys Real Dog Food is an incredible company like no other, they treat their customers like old and valued friends, the products they produce are wholesome and my dog Scooter loves every mouthful, he is a Bichon Frisé so could be susceptible to skin problems, but since starting with raw feeding he has been absolutely fine. They produce an amusing and interesting newsletter which is sent with the delivery, always offering advice and help. Ordering couldn’t be easier and their delivery people are always polite and on time. So give them a try.

It’s true! Our two dogs have been enjoying Honeys raw meat for two years now and the improvement in their condition is striking. They have more energy (not always a good thing when it comes to bad behaviour!); glossy coats and no longer have bad breath. And it’s less expensive than the tinned food we used to spend a fortune on. Ordering and delivery is simple and feels personal. It’s great to know Honeys can give advice too. Ps. One of our dogs suffered terribly from reflux. We were nervous about stopping medication so withdrew it gradually and now he rarely has a bout.
