Very poor. This company don’t pick up the phone, or respond to emails or the live chat. Ordered paid for samples but the samples never arrived and I’m still chasing the cost of the mysterious samples from October. Could they be in the process of going under?

Treat with a barrowload of salt the unverified positive reviews on this site. Check out the date of the last verified positive experience on Reviews.IO. Paypal is apparently being awkward with my credit card company; do you think they won't be over future refunds due from this outfit? The Directors of Anglian Garden & Building Ltd - the company trading as Paving Superstore (& with a separate, viewable profile on Trustpilot) - have failed to file any accounts covering beyond Sep 2021. Paving Superstore Ltd was established by the same Directors and incorporated in 2016. It was dormant & thus not trading up until October 2022 (I suspect their next accounts to be filed later this year will cover a dormant period too) but has been quite active over administrative detail recently. For Trustpilot: you have already verified my experience & can check out this information at Companies House for free. I anticipate Paving Superstore quickly flagging as 'harmful or illegal' the truth behind its spin of "logistical issues" & "a new and dynamic company." Edit: I acknowledge your family's response. You are presumptuous in assuming my understanding and do not have it in a similar way that I - & apparently others - don't have your apology for duplicity in continuing to solicit and take orders whilst staring at the clear writing on your walls. A glib reference to the voluntary chargeback arrangements that will not be successful for some, and previous ones to mere "inconvenience," simply add insult to injury. I wish that I could wish you well with your paper "transition" but note that your website 'transitioned' seamlessly some time ago.

I have placed an order back in October 23, which was not delivered. Cancel the order in November 23 still waiting for my refund.

It should be illegal for company's to cease trading while still owing there suppliers and customers money. Avoid this awful company. Enjoy your county court judgments paving superstore.

Made an order for a significant amount of paving and then read the reviews on here. Emailed them and they got back to me straight away saying they were having a few issues. I decided on a refund which again was acknowledged by the company. This was the end of November and I've still not had my money back. I am also now not able to contact anyone. I've had to report this to my bank. I'm sure if you are reading these reviews, you know not to use this company.

Been waiting since beginning October 2023 for my delivery. They don’t answer the phone. Had an email promising delivery in two weeks on 18th October but nothing since! Now received an email saying the parent company has ceased trading and I need to get my bank to authorise a chargeback! Unbelievable!

I ordered on 14th December. Goods are stated as 7-10 days delivery on the website. I called them straight after the order given xmas was approaching to check the date of delivery. Their office was already closed and not taking customer calls at all. I have registered tickets via their online chat. Today I called and waited in a queue for 2 hours eventually getting to position 1. At the 2-hour point, the music stopped and it said I had 1 minute left and was then disconnected, the phone queue is just that. There is nobody at the end of the phone. Nothing has been delivered. I have no way to contact this company to even request a refund. The online chat robot takes your details and then simply stops. There is no actual response from customer services. Avoid.

Please never use this company. We purchased in good faith a full patio. Two weeks later couldn't fulfil order due to Haulage issues, which was a lie, the goods were no ex stock another lie. Failure to refund as promised a further lie, no response to emails or phone calls more lies. We have reported this fraudulent company. The stress and upset this company have caused us is unbelievable please never use them. We are still awaiting a refund

I placed an order of over £1,500 on the 11th October. I had hardcore, cement etc delivered and waiting to go. I emailed them to see when my order was going to be delivered and I finally got a reply on the 30th October to say there were delays with haulage deliveries. I waited and waited and then out of the blue on the 19th December I receive a refund. No explanation why or even an apology, just a refund. I’ve not got to order from somewhere else and wait until the weather improves to lay them. Joke of a company.

Same story as many on here. Goods ordered and no updates at all until 2 weeks later I spent 2 days trying to contact multiple times via email, online chat and phone. Their voicemail wasn’t taking any more messages, presumably as it was full of angry customers enquiring where their goods were. I finally had a response saying the goods would be late but with no set time that they would arrive. Cancelled and sourced from a reliable supplier who delivered very promptly. Still waiting for my refund more than 4 weeks later, and surprise surprise if they bother to answer at all, usually not, there is only vague assurances that the matter has been passed onto their accounts team. Have asked for the accounts team to contact me directly, still waiting. AVOID

Waited months for an order that "just does not have a delivery date yet". A refund was arranged 3 weeks ago, allegedly. They are not responding to emails now and I have to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Please avoid this site.

AVOID! Wish I had read the reviews here too. No customer service. Dont respond to emails and calls. Couldnt deliver but still not refunded after 14 days. Our order was to tile around my in laws bungalow, as my father in law is dying from cancer. They are a terrible company who are scamming customers. Do not buy from them

I ordered from "paving superstore" on the 10th November, where the delivery timeframe was 5-7 days. 20 days later and my slabs had still not arrived so I requested a refund on the 30th November. Despite contacting Ben Read (accounts manager) and Bruce Read, the MD, numerous times regarding the status of my refund, details have still not been forthcoming. Ben will ignore customers completely and not respond, whilst Bruce will generally respond, but refuses to answer legitimate questions with regards to the status of my £2068 that he is now holding illegally, and is extremely elusive and evasive with his responses. At present, they have a deadline of 29th December to issue a full refund or court proceedings will be filed the same day and my money will be recovered via legal avenues. As you can see from the Trustpilot reviews, this company is now flagging reviews that they deem harmful to their business in a desperate face saving exercise. It is quite clear this company is in serious trouble, and I strongly suspect they've gone bust. If you don't want to be ripped off avoid at all costs

Ordered £2k worth of paving slabs through this company, promised delivery with 14 days- no updates, no email responses, blocked us on social media so we couldn't make contact, no one answering calls... absolute shambles. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH... ABSOLUTE SCAM, NOT LEGIT DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM. WE ARE STILL WAITING ON A REFUND- ORDER NUMBER 3005727 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a scam! We purchased sandstone that stated was in stock 2 weeks later we recieve and email to say unfortunately not in stock until december. We requested a refund as the job was alresdy being done. We chased and chased for the refund to be told it was an isue with paypal.. very odd to he honnest phoned back to speak to a lady who also said all she was dealing with is refunds. Seems this company is in financial trouble. Luckily we bought on a credit card who got our money back was over 2k. AVOID AS YOU WILL BE CHASING YOUR MONEY! NOT ONE GOOD REVIEW! Wish I'd read reviews sooner. Promised delivery failed to arrive and no timescale on when I'd receive it. Cancelled order and told 2 weeks for refund, still waiting now from 13th November. You can never get hold of anyone on the phone. Went to Nustone in Warwick great customer service and delivered on time.

I’d rather give this company minus 5 stars. We placed an order on 3 August, expecting delivery within two weeks. Nothing. We were given so many excuses that we cancelled the order in September. Thereafter, Despite emails and phone calls to Ben Read in Accounts and his father, the MD, Bruce Read all we were given were excuses fobbing us off about their system and the problems they were having with PayPal. We were finally reimbursed this week after 4 and a half months of hell with this company. ON NO ACCOUNT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM. Despite your reply, I still wouldn’t have any dealings with you. I’ve checked you out on Companies House … enough said. I

Still haven’t received my goods I’ve paid for, steer we’ll clear of this company, they’ll fob you off with stock responses……this latest response I’ll have to wait into the new year for delivery, but no firm date….that will be over 3 months of no product, you’ve been warned if you use this company

Avoid at all cost. I ordered Paving slabs, and then was told after two weeks that they were having problems deliveries. I believe there was no intention of delivery and just wanted the sale. I then requested a refund which I still haven't received after three weeks. After contacting them they are now ignoring my messages Update: It's been 6 weeks, I haven't received my Paving nor have I received a refund which I requested on the 20th November. They a re now ignoring my emails and phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
