United Kingdom | 06 March 2024The ordering process was easy and I found what I was looking for. Had booked a delivery day too. However I was told two weeks later after my money had been taken that it was out of stock. It was in stock when I paid for it?! Very annoying customer need, especially as I had booked the workman on the back of the delivery date. I then had to look for an alternative product to meet my delivery day. This was where the customer service stepped up, they emailed me all like for like options that they had in stock and did make it very easy for me to reorder. I ended up ordering a completely different product but am very happy with the product now it has been laid. I also had it delivered on the original delivery day too. So all in all not a bad service but not perfect.

United Kingdom | 08 February 2024This company is still using same website as it did in august last year when it took my money and did not deliver the goods and would not refund money. While it is now saying under new management i have not received my money and according to sales staff I have to now take my plight to receivers. while a new company what reassurances can they give me if I am to deal with them in future. Should I go to companies house to get that reassurance? I see their bank has changed from LLoyds to Nat west but to me nothing else reassures me it will not happen again.

I paid and ordered in July for £752 of patio slabs, after confirmation the products were available, in-stock, and deliverable within 2 weeks. I have spent 7 months chasing with no commitment to any delivery and constant delay tactics to kick the can down the road. This has caused me massive issues, additional costs and resulted in a part-finished garden project which was meant to be completed well before the autumn. After cancelling, i was promised a refund in November within 14 days, which was never received, and i am now chasing a dispute with my credit card company - which seems to be a common pattern from other "customers" in these Google Reviews.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2024I can only echo what others have said. Order placed in November with a 10-12 week lead time. Waited patiently and checked on the order status in January to be told they had encountered unforeseen circumstances and to request a chargeback through my bank (why is the customer having to find out in this way). I have done as they requested but my bank has had no reply from them so I am now left out of pocket for over £600 and they suggest I order with them again while I wait for the money to come back in! They have responded to emails so can’t fault communication but they don’t actually provide any assistance with the fundamental issue I.e you’ve taken my money and not delivered a product, so refund me or send me the product which the “new” company are still selling. I struggle to understand how it is this complicated and sadly think it’s just a scam

When I ordered was told 14 days, then 14 working days, then no reply then they have been having haulage problems so couldn't tell me when. I cancelled order and now a month later no refund and chase it to be told the company is no longer trading and I need to contact my bank. They have restarted with an identical name. Don't order from here.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. In December 2023 We ordered paving that cost us £2250. We heard nothing more from them. We have tried phoning and emailing requesting a refund. On 14 January 2024 following another attempt to contact them I received an automated response to say the company had ceased trading and to contact my bank to request a chargeback. But we could reorder our goods from the new company that has now taken over ‘paving superstore limited’. Which is the same company with the same shameful directors as before. They should not be allowed to advertise their fraudulent website to innocent consumers. They should hang their heads in shame. In this current financial climate taking money from people who have worked hard to buy these products while knowing full well they cannot provide the goods is robbery. We are not guaranteed our money back from our bank. How they can sleep at night is beyond me. Their website should be taken down so that other innocent consumers don’t fall into their scheming trap.

Then, despite numerous emails saying they were awaiting stock and then promising refund, the refund did not arrive and then found out they were out of business. The new business has the same directors as the old one listed on Companies House. Taking nearly £300 off us for nothing, is morally reprehensible. Seems like we were not the only ones. Do not buy from here.

Hard to contact company and get any sense from them, but when I did get in touch finally they were difficult to deal with. In the end I said cancel the order. They then said Paving Superstore had gone bust, they are now trading under Paving Superstore Limited...same website??? Told me I had to claim money back from my credit card company, and that they hoped I'd reorder with them (standard letter sent in email). I would never use them again. What an immoral way to behave. BEWARE.
