I was disappointed with the paving color, as it didn’t match the image, but kept it due to return costs. It looks good now that it’s laid, but I’ll request a sample next time—3.5 stars.

Mostly good. Product top quality - responses in decent time - delivery though was late and taking time off work for no good reason, is annoying.

The Web site was accurate and informative. It was possible to converse about best options with regards economical quantity to purchase. Once order placed the delivery came before the estimated delivery date, but I was kept informed all the time. The driver was helpful and placed the pallets where we wanted them. The product has enhanced the drive entrance. Very Happy with your service.

I waited for delivery confirmation, phoned in only to be told I hadn't signed my terms and conditions and therefore no progress had been made. This oversight set me back a week. So make sure you read and sign off as soon as possible. All else fine otherwise.

Sourced the blocks I wanted. Ordering from the website was straight forward, good choice of color and sizes. Product chosen Drivesett Tegula Harvest. Given delivery date and arrived as expected.

The paving arrived on time, althgouh we had a delay on the grout ordered at the same time. sales lady got on it quickly and it came a couple days later. good quality, good price no need to say more.

Ordered the golden quartzite gravel on special - I now know what half a tonne of gravel looks like. Came in 20 bags, got enough for years now. Great value - neighbors will be getting a few bags for Christmas.

Very happy with our limestone paving that is good value and all delivered well packaged. Bit of hard work because the delivery lorry had no crane and we don't have a driveway. The pallet had to be left on the pavement outside, meaning I had to transfer myself to the back garden straight away. It was not a big deal and it was actually made clear on the order. Recommended and will use again.

Found this organisation to be both courteous and helpful. I initially ordered the wrong product but after a brief panic, I phoned Hannah who was so lovely and helpful, just a delight. She made the Change and slightly longer than originally mentioned but still within the time frame within the terms and conditions. When you get older all you want is to speak to a human on the other side of the phone, so I am grateful that Paving Superstore have staff dedicated to their clients. Thank you.

Took a long time to arrive but worth the wait" I spent a considerable time on this but eventually I purchased the 900 x 600 riven limestone to replace our 25 year old patio! It was on a special, and the pack was almost the exact size we needed, so went for it. Arrival was relatively quickly and in good condition and the service we recieved from was great from the start. our new patio now looks great and we are very pleased with the finished results.

Very happy with order. Got the last few packs of a clearance range when I rang them up. Our order arrived in 4 days and we got started immediatly, the backyard has never looked so good, we can now use it all year round.

could not fault the product, client was extremely happy and for the price - a sure win......but it was well over the expected delivery day, and although this was a supplier issue, it caused me labour serious issues! Communication was good and PSS did their best to resolve it. Emma called regularly to update. Regardless I would use them again in future.

I had been looking to buy liner clay bricks for our patio project for over a year. as the day was fast approaching to make a decision.....I came accross the Wienerberger's alder Tumbled range and saw Paving Superstore sold these. oh my goodness, did I ever go right here! These beauties are not cheap but, I could not be happier with the final product. simply put.... GORGEOUS! delivery was around 10 days from order. George helped with the choice of colour between the Lotis and the Atlas and that advice suited my home garden perfectly. recommended.

Paving super store had the best offers on, and although other company's were recommended, I decided to give them a chance. Quick delivery, really nice paving slabs and all arrived in one piece. The delivery man was also very helpfully and polite and was a huge help. Sales lady at Paving guided me with size and how many slabs I need, hannah was a great.
