Was told that I would be getting my slabs that I ordered after waiting two weeks . As were out of stock. Waited another week so far and still nothing. Only to be told that its a mistake they weren't in stock. Now still stuck here waiting. All.other stuff here and can't start garden. Not great so far. Can't comment on the quality of the slabs yet as not clapped eyes on them. Highly disappointed considering the .only I've spent on them .

I ordered my Natural Sand Stone paving slabs from way up country with me living way down CORNWALL, they arrived in this huge lorry with a very capable driver who was very pleasant, and unloaded very efficiently. I’ve not unpacked them yet, but can’t wait to see them layer, I only hope this side of the procedure goes so well as ordering and delivery- at present I’m very pleased.

Still not received our order had to ring up to chase to be told out of stock. However The advisor was very helpful amended our order so hopefully it will be delivered soon

Absolutely awful service not heard anything from them not even a email with my invoice or confirmation email just had email off pallet company to say they are dealing with it and that’s it so still don’t know when they are being delivered and it’s been over 2 weeks

I ordered the globalstone patio pack 23.1sqm just before the Easter holidays. I was contacted by the delivery company shortly after and received the day after. Quality of the slabs are lovely abs great value for money! Highly recommend

I ordered some paving and was told it would take up to 5 days to be delivered. When more than a week had passed I phoned to see where the paving was only to be informed it was out of stock and would take a month to arrive. I run a landscaping business and this caused us a lot of problems and meant us having to delay starting a job and letting our customer down. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would call me back, which of course they didn’t. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again as they are too unreliable

Best price online for the paving slabs we chose, arrived in the timescale advertised and got a call in advance to organise a delivery date and then a call from the driver again to find home. Still to unwrap slabs and get laid down in the garden but they look fine just now.

To be honest I wouldn't have given any stars but this is the only way I'm able to tell customers not to buy from this company. I purchased a Dutch barn shed I had nothing but problems from start to finish the wrong size roof was sent so I had to put a tarpoline sheet over the shed I had to wait 2 weeks for the correct roof to be sent staff were very unhelpful blaming their suppliers. I upgraded to the 19mm shed which cost £240. When the electrics were been fitted it was noticed the shed was only 15mm. I won't go into detail with the various explanations. But I wanted to tell anyone thinking of buying from this company please DON'T.

Avoid! Don’t waste your time! Placed an order for slabs that were on offer. Delivery within 3-4 days it stayed. Delivery date came and went, no communication. I emailed raising a “ticket” automated reply stating someone would contact me by 5pm on the 29th, no contact! Phone the 30th had to wait 1hr 5mins in the queue to speak to someone who then put me on hold for 9 mins with no apology for leaving me waiting. Eventually told there’s no stock left your order won’t be coming 😡. Later that day I gets an email to say my order is being shipped and I should receive an email from courier company, which I did stating my delivery being delivered the next day. I reply to paving superstore asking what is going on to then get a reply saying “ignore that email there’s no stock”. Absolute shambles of a company!! Customer service the worst I have had. They can’t use the excuse we are in a pandemic as we have been in this for a year now. Get your staff properly trained on how to deal with customers! I should’ve read the reviews before dealing with this company as continually poor service!

Good quick service but communication could be improved

Ordered on 30th March, granted there was Easter but got this lot are a huge let down. I had an email telling me the slabs would be collected and delivered, tracking went wrong so I called the company and was told the delivery would go ahead on Monday/Tuesday the following week. The Friday before delivery I got an email telling me that between the conversation the day before and that morning, the slabs were all of a sudden out of stock (some 10 days after placing the order and paying). Called "customer services", waited on hold for an hour, spoke to someone who said they could supply the next slab up but wouldn't match the price. Massive issue is that they wouldn't guarantee delivery in time for laying the patio (kind of why I had ordered the slabs for when I had as I was off work for the week to complete the patio). This bunch of cowboys are quick enough to take payment for orders but seem completely incapable of honouring the orders and reckons it takes 5 days to refund the money! Stay clear, I won't be going anywhere near this bunch every again

I would never use this company - I ordered a sample three weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I phoned them today and was caller number 18 !! after nearly an hour of holding and becoming caller number one it then went back to ringing out and I was unable to speak to anyone. Needless to say they will not be receiving any business from me and I wanted to place a £2k order.

Misinformed and let down due to significant delivery delays and no proactive updates. Placed order and informed I would receive stones within 2/3 days, it’s been over a month and still not arrived. I’ve emailed and called and informed that they would arrive in a few days and after a further 3 weeks still not arrived. Orders should only be taken unless you can fulfil from point of order being taken to order being delivered.

Was looking for some inexpensive but nice paving slabs and found them on Paving Super Store. They arrived the day they said they would and the pallet was positioned exactly where we wanted it. All in all a perfect order.

cannot get through on the phone , always a queue of 20 callers , so have taken a punt and buying , I had rec'd samples last year and wanted to know if this was the same colour as being ordered now ?? , otherwise price is very good and an additional 2% discount
