I did have issues with over charging me on delivery by £40 but I did get a refund, but they did say as a gesture of good will ! I was never due the amount so I don’t know why it was a gesture of good will, the amount should never have been taken when I only authorised the invoice total

Absolute shambles, paid the asking price in full for a playhouse, several weeks after paying they asked for another £59 stating their supplier wanted more, so I paid it, was sent an email saying it would be dispatched at beginning of April, after i emailed 2 days ago I'm now told that due to a covid outbreak they can't dispatch until beginning of may, funny thing, I checked for covid outbreaks in UK and there have not been any. Very bad experience, never again

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY!! I have been waiting on the call for 2 hours and I have been given false Information about my order! They have told me my order has been delivered to my address but that is INCORRECT!

Although there was quite a delay in getting my patio I am very satisfied with the product now that it has arrived. Very good quality and well packed.

Very poor service. Took 3 weeks for delivery and only achieved once I had chased. Each telephone call took 1.5 to 2 hours to get through and then I was given false info twice. I was promised call backs which didn’t happen. Told delivery dates when the patio slabs weren’t even with the delivery company. No criticism of the actual product but very stressful experience.

Good service and a quick refund for damaged items, decent service. Very slow response on telephone customer service but the chat facility was much better. Overall fine

The stones weren’t even close to the colour shown online. I understand natural stone can differ but we bought “camel” which was shown as browns and yellows and we received grey. Fortunately we were okay with this but a bit miffed and it means it doesn’t match our other patio area. Competitive price and quick delivery which was good.

I ordered a batch of paving slabs on 17th March and paid for them on the same day. Your advice said they would be delivered in 3 to 4 days. After a week I received an email from the supplier saying they would be delivered to a person in Luton . Why ? I live in East Sussex !! On contacting Paving Superstore I was told this was a mistake.......I know it is ! Another two weeks passed and I got a message from Global Suppliers that my order was in Eastbourne and would be delivered on 9th April. I waited all day but nothing was delivered. I phoned them and they said there was a backlog of orders and my slabs would not be delivered till Monday 12th April . They have now eventually been delivered nearly one month late !! I am very angry and would appreciate your comments.

Took a few weeks to deliver and had received no confirmation e mail of purchase, however a short call to the office sorted out the confirmation. Delivery no problem eventually and all the slabs were in good order. Website needs a tweak as found it impossible to register my e mail address due to a current and previous purchase. Didn’t stop me buying again though.

Ordering, choice of products and quality of products were all excellent as was the efficiency and promptness of delivery. I would refrain from trying to phone at this time for information as the system can be frustrating. Best to try and contact by email.

The pallets were delivered on time and by an very helpful driver. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions regarding my order

At first I didn’t get a confirmation email for my order. But after a call and a reassuring very helpful person on the end of phone my slabs turned up on day they said. Only one slab broken in two pallets very impressive Beautiful slabs 😊
