Some of the paving stones were cracked

Delivered exactly as stated and very helpfully put where we needed them. Well wrapped - one slightly cracked but we had a spare in the pack. Beautiful product - very happy with look and quality.

I bought an ornamental stone patio feature. It arrived in good time but 2 parts were broken. Since then I have emailed them and was promised replacement parts in 5-7 days. We are now at day 28 and after several broken promises I still don't have the replacement parts. I've tried phoning them but so far have been on hold for over 30 minutes. They seem to only have one call handler. I spent nearly £500 on this product which cannot be used as it will have gaps in it. No one bothers to own the problem at their end and see it through to a resolution. You find out how good companies are when things go wrong. I don't mind the original problem occurring but the process to resolve it is appalling and the problem still isn't fixed. What's more when I have finally got through to an operator and said I thought the delay in answering the call of 34minutes on hold was bad she sarcastically told me it was not a busy day today and that the wait is normally 1.5 hours to speak to an operator - no apology! Their staff member continually deflected and never apologised for the service experience I have had. When I suggested that if customers are having to wait an hour and a half that maybe they need more staff she continued to deflect rather than saying anything positive. You can't deal with companies who don't show any empathy and don't own or acknowledge their mistakes/weaknesses. I would strongly advise you to stay away.

Speedy delivery, very easy to order great staff

Useless. First order cancelled as couldn’t get the slabs picked up. Next order turns up 4 days late after paying extra for specific day delivery. If you want to lose money and time by all means use this company. No response at all from my complaint.

The delivery was a couple of days later than originally informed which possibly was due to the aftermath of covid. Purchase was easy and price reasonable, slabs packaged very securely. Will certainly use again.

Very delayed delivery, even allowing for leniency given their covid-related delay warnings. Also very slow communication from the company and basically uncontactable via phone with excessive queues. The company is struggling with their logistics and distribution, but ultimately a fairly priced and decent product. If you need items delayed for a certain date, I'd look elsewhere until the problems have passed.

Easy to use and good selection of products

Great experience with this company. The flags look stunning and are amazing quality! The man who laid the flags has even gone onto buy the same ones as he was so impressed. Cheaper than anywhere else I looked and delivered in about 10 days which we though was so quick! Very happy customer, will definitely recommend

Good products, good pricing and easy to order

I ordered 3 pallet loads of paving slabs which were delivered on time. Although there were a few damaged, replacements were sent within a week without any fuss. Thank you.

Sample not in-stock, but wasn't informed until I queried why it was not included in the delivery of another sample we'd ordered at the same time

Ordered our paving, and the money taken from my account. Waited a week for delivery. Phoned to see when it might be arriving. Got an email to say, 'Sorry, out of stock'. Another week has passed. I haven't heard anything more. Feeling paved off.

Half the delivery arrived with no explanation then had to spend 1.5 hours on the phone to find out why.

Awful service. Goods bought March 31st, advised they should arrive in a few days. Chased updates via email and phone (on hold between 1 - 2 hours each time) and was finally told the product was out of stock on April 13th. Ended up cancelling the order and sourcing a local alternative. On the flip side, the refund was processed very efficiently. ‘Every cloud’ etc...
