Overall great looking shoe, but very disappointing quality. Bought shoes here which ripped around the stichting on both shoes after one wear. Got send a replacement pair, which ripped after a few pairs again. Customer service was helpful, but I am still very disappointed in the quality and overal experience. I expected much more for the price of the shoes.

1. No retoursticker in the box. Don’t have a printer at home so had to go to a print shop. 2. Only uses DPD which is a horrible transport agent. Not able to choose your agent. Happy to pay the difference of the agent. 3. Takes weeks to process the return and get my money back. Like the brand but will not buy from them directly anymore.

I felt in love, once 4 years ago, getting shoes from Tk.max store in Poland, and this love continues.

Klantenservice filling pieces neemt alles behalve z'n verantwoordelijkheid en komt afspraken niet na. Waardeloze klantenservice en heeft me te veel tijd + geld gekost. Ik bestel er nooit meer
