Hi, A dutch friend introduced Filling Pieces brand to me while walking in the Bijenkorf and I bought there my first pair of shoes. It was a perfect match with my feet 😊 I tried them on and said yes I will get them. Materials and design go hand in hand and so I believe that you have a very good product. I bought 3 more pairs after that (4 in total and also 2 hoodies - loved the color and design). I’m talking 1 pair of shoes each month starting from September so that is the measurement of my experience with you. Also visites your shop in Amsterdam and loved it and the staff was great. “Falling Pieces”. The shoes were worn out literally the second time I wore them. The logo on the top back was totally worn out after the second time. The shoes give a sentiment of cheap zara stuff but proces multiple times more. Overall a low quality product especially with similar prices of other high end competitors. The customer service is also terrible as when complained on the product they just forwarded me to the buyer i ve made the purchase and didn’t even bother to comment on my feedback. Never again. With 200€+ you have plenty of astonishing options on other brands.

I bought a pair of shoes as they are presented as premium luxury. Nice design in the photos, but when they arrived the quality was horrible! I have seen Chinese 20 euro shoes with better quality. The glue was already peeling off on front part. I have sent them back without thinking. My advise is look at something else and do not waste your money on this "Brand". They just want money but they do not know what quality is!

Excellent service, fast delivery, and the shoes were delivered in good shape.

Bought a pair of shoes from them because I loved their designs. The quality is absolutely horrible. The soles are gone after barely a year of (mainly) office use, the leather (?) has deteriorated and looks like cheap plastic. I went back and forth with customer service until they simply stopped responding after saying they’d look into it. After three months of wasting my time trying to find a solution, I gave up. In short: great designs but horrible quality and disappointing customer service.

I have returned a pair of shoes. Now 19 working days later Filling Pieces have neither send a refund nor answered my e-mail. Worst service ever!

This company needs to be honest. A couple of years ago I bought a pair of the Low Top Ripple Crumbs in black (£205) and although I have had them a while, I genuinely haven’t worn them much, so was surprised and disappointed to see the leather beginning to crack across the middle where the foot bends. On closer examination, a piece of material had come away, so I removed it. Far from being leather, the laminated top layer appeared to be some sort of plastic – it was stretchy like elastic and shiny on the side that was bonded to the substrate. Clearly the upper is not made from the material as described i.e. ‘Premium cross grain crumbs leather’. I complained and have been told that in fact “There is a finish layer on top to create the cross grain effect, however, it is actually real leather”. It isn’t, it’s plastic. A quick Google turns up the info that anything other than either ‘Full Grain’, ‘Top Grain’ or ‘Genuine Leather’ (that is to say made from one piece) is actually bonded leather, the least expensive one to manufacture. I’ve questioned this but have had no further response. This has NEVER happened to a pair of shoes I have ever bought before, not matter how long I have had them or how much they cost – I’m now 55. I have an online retail business and customer service is king. I hate giving one star reviews to companies but whilst the customer isn’t always right, don’t assume they’re an idiot…

The Jet Runner is the only shoe with the wright fit for me.
