Not able to change or cancel an order after purchase. I accidently ordered the wrong size, immediatly reached out to change or cancel. Not possible. So the wrong shoe will now be delivered to me, and I have to send it back on my expense. Great sustainability policy too!

Very disappointed for a brand I really like. Ordered a pair of shoes yesterday and unfortunately put the wrong address. Quickly reach out to the customer service which didn't propose any solution nor even tried. They cannot change the shipping address because they have too many orders… very disappointing, worst customer service I have had.

Nice sneakers, but poor quality, Sole just broke! completely, after 1 year, only worn in the summer, no warranty of course. I have never had this problem with any other brand or shoe. For a 'premium' brand you don't expect this quality and I am very disappointed. Mainly because of the price/quality.

Eind 2023 schoenen van Filling Pieces gekocht. Mede omdat het als kwaliteits product staat omschreven. Schoen kreeg na een keer of 10 dragen scheuren in het leer, bovenin bij de sok. Klantenservice gebeld en netjes te woord gestaan, dat ik een mail moest sturen en een paar foto's. Nu al meer dan twee weken later zonder enkele reactie. Dit vond ik raar, dus verleden week weer met de klantenservice gebeld of de mail was ontvangen. Antwoord, ja de mail is ontvangen en u krijgt binnenkort een reactie.

I purchased a bomber jacket from Filling Pieces as a christmas gift for my boyfriend, and to my dismay, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite that he wore the jacket no more than three times, it started pilling excessively, indicating a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear as suggested by the company. Within less than two months of purchase, I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, but to my utter disappointment, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and accountability is appalling and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. After a few attempts, I got a reply saying that I just need “ shave away the greener part” . That’s not acceptable at all . Furthermore they ignored my last email. I had high expectations for the quality and durability of their products, but this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise against purchasing from them, as their bad fabrics and poor customer service simply don't meet the standards they claim to uphold.

Good shoes, bit pricey but worth the money

I have been a huge fan of the brand since the very beginning. Loved their shoes. At some point, they became a bit too extreme and too fashionable for my taste. So, I had a break for a couple of years. Now I'm back and I can tell they are back to their roots and I love it. Great high-quality shoes. They last for 4-5 years easily. Amazing distinctive design. Good and reliable delivery.
