It states that everything can be returned and they make it sound like its easy but you have to pay for shipping to Holland and it costs as much as the shoes. Between $150 and $250. Its literally like those Chinese fake companies on Instagram. Everything is great until you have to return/exchange something. Plus their sizing is off so you are bound to get something wrong when ordering.

France | 17 August 2020J'ai connu cette marque il y a quelques années et en était ravi au début même si les prix sont légèrement excessif... Au total j'ai dû commander une quinzaine de paire et plus le tps passe et plus je suis déçu de la qualité de leur sneakers. La dernière paire commandé low top plain white nubuck sera la dernière, la basket droite est propre, et la gauche en mauvais état, pas le même cuir, une basket cuir lisse et une basket complètement craquelé, super pour une paire neuve 👌 Je leur souhaite aujourd'hui de déposer le bilan, quel dommage leur sneakers était vraiment sympa, dommage comme beaucoup de société d'en vouloir toujours plus au détriment de la satisfaction de leurs clients fideles...

Netherlands | 29 June 2020Ongelofelijk slechte service. 18 dagen geleden schoenen besteld, zijn helaas nooit afgeleverd. Rustig het onderzoek afgewacht. Ondertussen is een of andere bezorger aan mijn deur geweest om asociaal te vragen of ik weet waar de schoenen zijn. Hoe haal je het in je hoofd? Mij was de belofte gedaan dat ik na 14 dagen mijn geld zou terugkrijgen als het product niet terecht zou komen. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Inmiddels zijn er 18 dagen voorbij, weer geen update gehad. Zelf moeten bellen naar klantenservice, maar probeerden ze mij leuk te vertellen dat ik nog maar even moest wachten. Ik zou vandaag teruggebeld worden om netjes mijn geld terug te krijgen. Wéér niets gehoord. Ongelofelijk om achter je geld aan te moeten rennen, terwijl je betaald hebt voor een product die je nooit hebt ontvangen. NOOIT meer bij Filling Pieces! :) Wat een service..

United States | 25 June 2020Customer service was unfortunately very poor. Zero follow up communication from Filling Pieces. Shoes were sent to the wrong address and although I told them this from the beginning they did nothing to help correct it. Now I am out $230 and never received the pair of shoes I had ordered. Essentially I gave them free money and instead of issuing a credit to help compensate loss they put all the blame on myself, the customer.

Netherlands | 22 June 2020Ridiculous customer service. You order two pairs of shoes, each 300€, but both are not comfortable and the ties are a science for itself. If you wish to return the shoes, there is no return label attached, but the form tells you to contact the customer service within 30 days if you wish to return something. Well, after spending 10 minutes in line at the customer service, a woman which answers the phone with 'hello' (no name, company etc.), tells you further that returns are not free of charge and that you have to send the parcel back to the address on the pack list on your own costs. Great help. Wasted money and wasted time.

I have been in contact with them over 10 times and I still have not had a refund 2 month after my original purchase. Even though the courier company have confirmed they was returned to filling pieces over a month ago. I have no idea why they have not returned my money unless the company is struggling and does not have the money. No I am forced to employ a lawyer in holland to take them to court for the return of over 1100€. I also ordered a pair before and they has a scratch on the inside of one of my shoes. They did not want the shoe back but only offered 10% discount on my next order. The member of staff are not great in this company

They don’t offer a free returns service like MOST retailers and this cost me £25 from the UK which isn’t going to be reimbursed. I like the shoes they make but after this I won’t be ordering again unless they offer a hassle free returns system. Good shoes, poor service.

Netherlands | 22 August 2019Wat een slechte kwaliteit schoenen, de stukje aan de zijkant waar de vetes in zitten waren na 1 regenbui verroest zodat dat op een witte schoen was, de letters werden vaag en tot overmaat van ramp was de ring waar de veters in zitten ook door heel het leer los gelaten, en nee niet te hard aangetrokken. Dit allemaal in een tijdsbestek van nog geen 2 maanden. En niet elke dag gedragen.

United States | 20 August 2019As an American, I have a certain standard for customer experience. Filling Pieces does NOT meet that standard. They failed in 3 places: 1. UNCLEAR SIZING. On their online store, they do not have US sizes. I used their size chart, which suggested I buy a size 40 in FOOT LENGTH, not in SHOE size. My actual size for FP is 42 (in this case, size 9.5 is US). 2. NO RETURN SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT. The returns cost via Fedex is 200 USD. At US post office, you can get it for 55 USD. Regardless, they will NOT credit your cost. Even after explaining how the size chart was misleading, they responded, "We are not responsible for the fact that you ordered. I trust that you understand that we put all the information regarding sizing on our websites. It's within the customers responsibility too to check the size chart or contact us prior to order." They completely refused to admit blame for having an inaccurate sizing chart and said it was my fault. 3. NO FLEXIBILITY IN THEIR POLICY. Even after a battle on whatsapp, I was still willing to give them more of my money. They have a pair of pants for 248 USD. I asked them if they could credit my shipping cost to the pants. Still refused. I WAS WILLING TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND THEY STILL REFUSED. That's just bad business. ------- Long story short, If you are unfamiliar with the EU sizing, don't buy from them. Or, get your exact measurements and find a store that has them and try on first. -------- Its a shame because they make great products. They just don't care about the customer the way they should, so I won't be supporting them in the future.

However, my partner who’s a size smaller has ordered his true size (equivalent to my current order). His item had been delivered on the day of my order and after trying the shoes I knew my shoes are too small. Emailed them immediately but they refused cancelling or making any updates to the order forcing to proceed the payment. Useless and unfriendly staff. So, the information on their website is misleading and causes the ongoing problem with sizing. It’s ridiculous they expect the customers to cover the costs of return.

Na hierover gebeld te hebben bleek de klant zelf verantwoordelijk voor het impregneren. Ik had dit dan graag gehoord. Op de site werd hierover niet geïnformeerd. Tevens verkeerd geïnformeerd door de klantenservice: Ik moest ze maar laten stomen maar volgens twee schoenmakers verergert het dit juist. Helaas, ga liever voor ETQ Amsterdam. Iets duurder, maar wel meer waar voor je geld. Beetje zelfde verschil als Bijenkorf en HEMA. Exclusief vs alles net niet...

When I finally got my refund for the faulty goods, which took 1 month and numerous emails, I was refunded £10 less than I paid for the trainers. Customer service has bad attitude, trainers are bad quality.

Prima di acquistarle ho scritto su facebook alla loro pagina ufficiale per avere informazioni e mi hanno risposto in poche ore dandomi tutte le risposte che avevo richiesto. Il pacco mi è arrivato in 4 giorni lavorativi come era scritto sul sito con la possibilità di tracciare il pacco. La confezione era integra con anche il modulo per l'eventuale reso. Consiglio a tutti il sito e la Filling Pieces.
