I ordered one piece of shoes. I returned it wiithout the return form because it was missing. I had to write a couple of times to the service for my refund it took so long time and in addition to that i also had do pay 18€ for the return cost i never gonna order shoes from your company i am very angry

Adverteert met sale, als je uiteindelijk het product koopt krijg je een dag later een e-mail over dat je product toch al blijkt te zijn uitverkocht. Echt heel vervelend aangezien ik mij al helemaal op deze aankoop had verheugt. Maar nog erger dat als je je geld terug wilt je daar zelf nog even achteraan moet gaan. Kansloos, regel je voorraadbeheer beter voordat je gaat adverteren!!! EDIT: Wel netjes van FP om een tegoedbon van €50,- toe te wijzen voor een volgende aankoop. Wel vind ik dat FP in het geval dat ze niet kunnen leveren direct het betaalde geld terug zouden moeten storten zonder dat je hier zelf eerst achteraan moet.

Didn't purchase through them but when my laces were damaged I contacted their customer support through What's App and they sent me a brand new clean set of laces for free without paying for shipping! 1. The fact they use What's App to contact customers is amazing and more than most expect. 2. The response was very quick and I was talking to a person in under 5 mins after first messaging them. 3. I had my reservations because I don't frequently shop online but this website was really good. The size was perfect and overall design/look of the shoes I ordered was true to the pictures on the website. Shipping (international) was free and the box was at my doorstep 4 days after I placed the order! Very satisfied.
