I never have a clear indication of when my order will ship. It sometimes takes 2 days, and has sometimes taken 12. My last order was shipped by Metroland, a company that has its own inscrutable timetables for delivery. I sent them two emails asking them specifically to deliver on October 13 because there would be no one to collect it on October 12. They agreed to do this, then promptly delivered the package on October 12 anyway. It sat outside my condo for seven hours. What do you think happens to unclaimed packages for seven hours?

I ordered new books for my 7 year old son who has developed love for reading. The titles were all available for really good prices. Shipping was quicker than I expected. Overall very happy.

Books were fine and price was good. They tried to deliver them twice and I was not home. After several phone calls and frustration delivery was attempted again and I happened to be at home. Can you deliver by Canada Post so if I am not home I can pick them up at the local post office?

The first time I ordered was great. The books were in great condition but the second time I ordered not so much. Big red marker on the front cover of the books. I get that normally the books are marked but this is a bit excessive. I have a small “community library” where kids can come and get books for free to take home and read. Was not happy doubt I will order from you guys again

The books took a while to get delivered, but book outlet was great at having shopping updates so I could be aware of where exactly my package was. They came in great condition, no bends or rips anywhere and I love ordering from this place.

I got 7 books for $60, and to me that is crazy. Definitely recommend shopping on here if you have a book addiction like me, it helps you save money.
