Delivered quickly

My books arrived safely and within the estimated timeline, which surprised me really, as hurricane Fiona hit my area hard. So, that was great! I would and will order more books in the future.

These new boxes that deliveries are coming in always have either partially or completely come open upon delivery it seems like the adhesive on the bottom is not strong enough to withstand the weight of a full box of books. I understand they are probably designed to be more eco friendly but tape reinforcement would be a useful addition as I’ve had one delivery come completely empty after the box came apart. Customer service was extremely helpful in replacing the lost books but even the replacement box came partially open.

It was a smooth transaction. The delivery was fast too.

This was easy site to order from. Came a couple days than expected. All books were in great condition

I read a book a week then give it to charity. I would love to shop Canadian before anywhere else. But you just dont seem to have enough inventory.

We received an email to advise that the books had been delivered. Nothing had been delivered several hours after this message. When I used the tracking tool, it showed the parcel at #97, across the road, and I had to go retrieve it from that homeowner. Since the address label on the box was very clear, what happened to this delivery??

I love book outlets prices but mostly every time I receive a package from them, I get a few torn or really dirty books. The packaging and the care of the books need to have more effort put into it. I spend a lot of money at the book outlet, and would appreciate my books being in good condition, when they arrive. Some people would like to display their books, after reading them, and some of the books that I have received would be insulting to even donate to a charity shop. I have had to repurchase the books that I liked, at full price, just to assure that they are not bent, dirty or torn. My last order had two torn covers that I had to tape immediately. At first I was impressed with book outlet, but the quality of my experience is starting to fade. Please package with more care. Just because the books are cheap, doesn't mean the service should be.

I've bought multiple times from Book Outlet and my experience has always been outstanding!! Prices are competitive and packaging is top notch. I've had to contact customer support once and they were super helpful :)

I am always very pleased with the books I have purchased from Book Outlet and do are my grandchildren. My last order included a set of 4 books. One book in the set was missing. I emailed the company and they sent a complete new set, at no cost. It arrived within days. Great customer service!!!!! Thank you.

Prices dropped to what I see as a reasonable amount, so I bought books. 1st time in 2 years as prices were ridiculous.

We ordered boxes of books/ puzzles/ craft kits… and there was one little mix up. It was quickly fixed without question. The prices cannot be beat.
