I needed a book in bulk and was inventory I could not find anywhere else. I found it here and delivery was pretty quick!

I've made a couple of orders through Book Outlet now and have enjoyed using their site. The books have all been in really great condition, with only a few small marks on the edge of a couple. Which, given the discounts and speed of shipping, are a small price to pay.

The products I received were ok.....however the service was extremely disappointing. I was purchasing activities to do with my grandchildren who were to be with me Aug 15 - 19th. When I placed my order on Aug 8th it said 3-5 days delivery. Then once you had my money I got notice Aug 16th. Which was still within the time I had them. I got the box Aug 19th after they had gone home. I only live 20 mins from the Book Outlet warehouse. This is ridiculous. I will never order from you on line again.

I wasn't sure what to expect ordering for the first time, but I had great success finding books on Book Outlet that I haven't been able to find at big name book stores. The order was prompt and accurate and the books are in excellent condition excepting a few with a small marker line on the sides as was indicated when ordering. I have recommended this website to friends and family members already! Looking forward to my next book haul.

The books arrived in poor conditions.

I was looking for books from a specific author- luckily, they had several. I got them for a good price and delivery was fast. Since I had points from ordering from Book Outlet previously, I was also able to get a discount- BONUS ROUND!!!

One of my books arrived with the internal pages bent/folded inwards. Arrived in poor condition but the others were fine.
