Amazing quality books for these prices. So glad to have discovered this site. My only issue was that I did not receive an email when my order was shipped as promised, and so I was surprised when my order arrived when I was out of town. Still, will be ordering from BookOutlet again.

The system was down for days then wouldn’t allow the shipping address I wanted. When it was delivered it was put on the front walk way instead of the the covered porch 5 feet further - it rained and the book (last copy) was totally soaked.

When I ordered the books, it’s said there was an additional 15% off site wide, which I didn’t get. I said this in the review I gave after placing my order, but I received no response. The books arrived today and 4 of them have black magic marker lines on the bottoms, which make them not suitable for gifting.

I pressed the button to place my order, and it seemed like the box hit my front porch moments later:) Fast delivery!

Found some great books at great prices. Shipping was a little slow but I think they were having technical difficulties.

The website is so easy and convenient. Prices are always making you want to buy more. The delivery is fast the books are always in top shape, no damage.

I ordered 4 books, and by what I read online, expected them to be a little slow with delivery. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find they were delivered within a week! Great prices and selection!

I love being able to buy books at such great prices, especially now when libraries and shops have been restricted. Being able to go online and browse through all the books is great. In about a week, I have a whole new box of books delivered to my door!

I recently purchased a sizable order of children's books. For the most part, I was pleased but a few of the books came dingy and dirty - some of these were books I had purchased multiple times with the intent of gifting. You really don't know what you are going to get with book outlet - it's not consistent in my experience so I do not recommend purchasing for gifts! This is not the only order that has had this issue.

BookOutlet has great selection, website is easy to navigate, ordering process is easy to navigate, delivery is fast, and books are in great condition. Also kudos for the environmentally friendly packaging - paper and cardboard instead of plastic. Fist pump!
