This order came to me correctly, however the exact same order was cancelled earlier in the day unbeknownst to me. Three times I have had orders cancelled by Book Outlet with no notification or cause.

Love shopping here! I just wish that I could pick up order at warehouse, similar to pick up boxes at the stores at the mall. I only live 5 minutes away and can be there quickly and would save shipping costs and time!

My orders arrived a day earlier which was great. I didn’t get the books I’m currently ready because they were sold out. But I purchased the next author I wanted to check out. The book qualities are great! My daughters also loves the 3 my little pony books I purchased for her.

The books available are very diverse, the binding, although not library quality, is good for the price paid and the time to arrive at the door was reasonable.

I love ordering from Book Outlet. Going through the thousands of books from the comfort of home is great - especially since I'm disabled. Unfortunately, this is the second time the package was left in the outside lobby. Anyone on the street could have picked it up and taken it. If it wasn't for a kind neighbour who knows I can't go down to fetch it, I probably wouldn't have received it. I have to think if ordering from Book Outlet is worth the risk in the future.
