My boyfriend and I went to the beautiful new Auckland branch to look for engagement rings and had the best experience. Jane made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. I pre selected 10 styles but she made sure to only start with a few, not to overwhelm me which was much needed. She was very knowledgeable and confident about what she was talking about and we learned a lot.
