Amazing service, very helpful in finding what we like and dislike and let us try on all of the rings we wanted to try. They gave us lots of useful information aswell as a great price guide and explained the differences in the gems! Luke has been of great assistance to myself and my fiancé Oliver. I had to get my ring resized a few weeks ago and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Then I picked it up yesterday (there were no times online but Luke helped find a time for me to pick it up same day!) and mentioned I really wanted it as I was going out with my family for my birthday. When I got there Luke wished me a happy birthday, and him & the team at Cullen got me a bouquet of the most beautiful flowers.
