Their website is very informative and contains all the information you need to know to buy a gorgeous, good quality engagement ring for very reasonable prices. Their sales staff were very easy to communicate with, very willing to answer questions and very timely with responses. I got my custom ring design all sorted within a few days!

Sailor guided us through our choice of wedding bands to match our already purchased Engagement Ring from Cullen Jewellery also. Very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and able to steer us in the right direction for what works best and looks best for us and our decisions of rings. Quick to reply and book us in and providing great service. Even sending our engagement ring for a quick polish whilst we looked at the wedding rings, that my partner can't stop admiring it's shine again.

We had a great appointment with Lydia in Adelaide - she was very knowledgable on the different ring styles and what changes Cullen could offer (eg 2/3, 1/2 or full diamonds around). We also appreciated the water provided on arrival, particularly as it was a warm day. I personally felt that the variety of women’s diamond wedding band styles to try was a little limited, however my fiancé thought the store had a great range of men’s wedding bands. The shop was very neat, tidy and pleasant to visit.

Had an appointment with giselle this afternoon and she was great and helping with sizings, designs and understanding of terminology to choose the perfect ring. Was quick to assist with what I required which aided in making it a smooth process. Thanks very much giselle
