What made our experience at Cullen Jewellery so great was our sales consultant! Giselle from Cullen Jewellery made our whole experience seamless and special. She was patient, provided so many suggestions, and guided my partner and I throughout the whole process. There is a wide and high-quality selection of stones and rings to choose from. All the other providers we went to prior do not compare to the customer service and quality of product that Cullen Jewellery provided.

Emily was extremely helpful and patient. She took the time to show us a range of options and gave us a much clearer idea of what we wanted. She was very attentive and professional, I would highly recommend!

Laura was very friendly and welcoming, and she was super patient with us throughout our session as we are still deciding what we like. Very knowledgeable and thorough whilst explaining all of the options and variations for each ring we chose. Asked all the right questions to help with the process.
