Extremely helpful. Made the process easy and hassle free. The only thing I could comment on is finding the place in Brisbane wasn’t very easy.

My partner and I had an appointment with Jessica today to look at engagement rings. Jessica was incredibly helpful and gave really helpful and educational advice whilst making the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. She guided us through the different options seamlessly and was able to help us narrow down the options to our individual tastes (not an easy feat considering how indecisive we are!). Would definitely recommend Jessica and Cullen Jewellery.

Zoe went above and beyond to explain ring design concepts and to show us a variety of options that fit the brief we were looking for. She made us both feel super comfortable to ask questions and to play around with different styles, even bringing wedding bands out to the table to give us some more perspective. Zoe made the effort to show us the rings outside in natural sunlight and also gave us a mirror perspective which really sold us on the style we were trying. She truly went above and beyond and both my partner and I walked away feeling very informed, supported and comfortable with the process and feeling confident to take our next steps.

Kat was very welcoming and friendly. I come in with no idea on what I was after and she was very helpful. Even when I gave some responses of 'maybe' she could tell based on other 'no' answers the answer would be leaning more to a no.
