Both my partner and I both really enjoyed our experience with Jazz from Cullen jewellery. The showroom was beautiful and the staff were welcoming and kind. Jazz helped my partner and I really narrow now our preferences. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Visited the Adelaide Showroom for an appointment with Mia to discuss wedding bands. She was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Gave us plenty of time and didn't rush us to make quick decisions. Using the Website in advance to get the ring type and design we liked. Mia then had the rings ready for us to view upon our arrival. Process was very easy and stress free!

Today we had an appointment with Alyssa. She was so informative and made us feel at ease. Before the appointment, we were mot certain on what style we wanted, but after the appointment and with Alyssa's assurance and expertise, we left the showroom knowing what we wanted and sp happy with our decision. The pre-appointment planning that Cullen Jewellery carry out made feel us feel so at ease and helped explore all options, ensuring we were happy on our choice of ring.

We had an appointment with Spencer, in the Auckland branch, just before Christmas and had the most amazing experience! She was very helpful and informative and made the experience very enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Jazz was excellent, she was very knowledgeable about the products and no question was silly. In our appointment time we tried on heaps of different styles both mens and women’s and she helped narrow it down and offer different suggestions. The quote came back within 15mins after our appointment. Would definitely recommend!

Ellie was awesome and very considerate! We came in quite ignorant towards the world of diamonds and jewlerry and she was super helpful and answered our questions no matter how silly!

It was a little confusing getting in the Adelaide building but our consultant was so lovely and patient, nothing was to much trouble! I bought my engagement ring online and was so happy, since then they opened a store in Adelaide and it was amazing getting to try on my wedding ring! Our consultant was also more than happy to get my engagement ring resize organised at the same time and send this off for me, so easy and confronting knowing I’m leaving it in the right hands.

Rebecca made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The service from start to finish was amazing, she was very thorough in giving us all the information we needed but we never felt pressured into anything we didn’t want to go through with! And I also had my engagement ring cleaned while we were shopping!

We had our engagement ring first consultation with the Cullen team, provided to us by Jane. She was very informative and thorough throughout the entire process, as we were new to this and didn’t know much about rings. Her expertise and her kindness and patience allowed us to have a better understanding of what we are wanting to have in our engagement ring purchase process. We think Jane would be an excellent consultant for anyone who is looking for a guide to help purchase their first ring :)

I could not have asked for a better experience. There is a great range of options, and the staff were very helpful with narrowing down on options to get our perfect ring. Tilly who assisted us was brilliant, we really felt that she had our best interest at hearts and we never felt pressured with any decisions, which was appreciated for such an important purchase. Would thoroughly recommend to any couples looking for their perfect ring.
